Hawethorn Village

Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

Despite everything that had happened in Sebastian's creation and following undead life, for which he had every right to turn her away, she was grateful for the time he was giving her. A part of healing was coming to terms with everything that had happened over the last few centuries. That meant having to tell the tale. A simper of a smile was offered to her childe as she settled into the nearby chair before gesturing for Sebastian to do the same so she may offer him the answers to those questions he posed.

Anna-Marie had not actually spoken these words aloud before and it was much different than mulling them over within her mind. Although the pit of pain no longer tried to pull her from reality, it still had her clenching her dress at the memory of watching her first childe and last blood relative perish in such an agonizing way. The vengeance that had been exacted had also given the little vampire back her clarity and as such her control. Those emotions so wholly contained now as she regained that calm demeanor once more. Cerulean blues refocused on Sebastian at his sentiment, "Indeed, there is so little left in this life besides family." Whether that was by familial bonds or creation hardly mattered. "But now you know. My memories of the time following are coming back in pieces and perhaps with time more will come back but after remembering you and feeling that bond...well I wanted to come back to see you."

Perhaps her childe no longer needed her in the capacity for learning how to get by as a vampire, but the possibility of forming a bond as allied households would still be something she would like. Anna-Marie nodded in acceptance of Sebastian's offered hand as she pulled herself from that chair and brushed the front of her dress straight. "Yes, I suppose I should be going now and allow you to get back to your work. Thank you for seeing me, Sebastian. I look forward to it again. Perhaps next time you could properly introduce me to your husband." Again that simper of a smile graced her features but didn't press it any further. She offered Sebastian a small polite bow before making her way from that room to the butler whom had waited patiently just outside the room in order to show Anna-Marie back to the front door. She would definitely be seeking Sebastian again but for now she would allow him the time to process both her reappearance and her clarity.
