Anacosta Heights
Dupont Circle
Hawethorn Village
River Dale

Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

Putting the pieces together

Wake up to your dreams
And watch them come true

Nadya was beyond grateful for Ashton's generosity and while she was sure that her brother would have helped...it would have been too hard to see that look in his eyes or his stiff demeanor when she didn't remember the reason behind it. It was much better this way. Despite Ashton's insistence on not needing to be paid back, Nadya was also sure she would one day find a way. Perhaps when she got her memories back, if they ever came back, she'd remember being loaded or something. She followed him to that checkout stand and waited patiently before cautiously asking Ashton on whether her memories and experiences made her who she was and if she was now no longer her without them. Ashton didn't seem to think so and it helped settle Nadya some, at least enough to find herself capable of pulling her gaze from her feet to meet his once more. Nadya nodded in acceptance of his terms, "Ok. I'd like to wait then, before seeing anyone and think about things first." Never before in her life had she felt this torn and broken.

The silence on the short walk to his apartment complex was a welcome one and one she had gotten used to being on her own the last few days. She followed him dutifully inside the building and up the stairs to the designated unit. While Ashton side-stepped into the kitchen, Nadya remained only a few paces inside the door, taking in her surroundings. It definitely was a bachelor pad as it seemed to lack remotely anything in the way of decor but it had what was needed to get by on a daily basis and she supposed that's what actually mattered. "I'll take the couch." Nadya pulled her attention away from the living room to look back at Ashton. "You don't even have to bother with bedding- I'll just sleep in my animal form. Really, I've been doing it for a few days already. It's no problem. Just being somewhere that doesn't have holes in the roof is an improvement." She didn't feel comfortable taking his bed from him. If she had known she was kicking him out of his own bed she wouldn't have agreed to staying.

Nadya joined Ashton's side to take the toiletry items he'd purchased her. "Though...a shower would be nice. Could you point me in the direction of one of those?" A hot shower sounded absolutely glorious as she had only bathed in her animal form in the cold river since she bolted from her brother's.
