Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

In all actuality, Edie could care less about children. She'd never been around them, never wanted them, never cared about them. And yet, the prospect of Nadya bringing children to the pack was certainly intriguing. Children tended to be powerful â€" Edie herself had been powerful â€" and with patience, they could be so easily trained. It was enough to cause the girl to pause, considering the idea that persuading Nadya over to the pack would be a brilliant idea. "Blood doesn't always matter," Edie said simply as she leaned back, considering his words. "A pack can be family as well. And if Nadya is considering you in the slightest, she can't be truly happy in the Nightshade pack. And that can be used to our advantage." She offered him a smirk, clasping her hands together in front of her. "After all, it's a double win. You hurt the Nightshade pack by stealing three of it's members, and you gain power for our own."

Even though the words were not explicitly said, Edie liked to think herself clever enough to see it. Nadya would not just join the pack as an ordinary member. Frost's affections for her â€" even unspoken â€" were clear in the tone of voice he used for her. "Patience, yes," Edie said with a small grin, leaning forward once again. "You'll find that's never been a particularly strong suit of mine. I'm much more inclined to swaying things towards immediate gratification." Still, their conversation shifted towards Edie's regard for this Raven, a grin appearing on her own features at her new Alpha's laughter towards her. "Discipline, eh? I hope you'll find I'm more... intelligent than that." Again, she was tempted to ask after his animal form, though revealing hers before she had a strong link with the man would be unwise, so she found herself falling silent once again.

"You're anything but prey, that much is entirely clear, even to me. Your next attack on them will just have to be more... strategic," She flashes him a grin, clearly offering the help that he'd be receiving from her. Her animal form was not much, though her cunning mind would certainly offer him some assistance in taking down the Nightshade pack. "Yes, that Ark of his is certainly an interesting location for his pack. Certainly something that could be exploited."

Edie merely grins, reaching up to play with her hair. "Don't worry, girls can be easily persuaded by a pretty face. It's easy to see why she's losing her battle against joining you." It was at his next words that Edie's use is clear, her ability to walk into the Ark of crucial value to the Alpha. At her prompting, he leans forward and Edie can't help but mirror him, leaning so that she's not far from him, either. Despite the lack of order, his request is enough to earn her complete attention, a grin working her way onto those features of her once again. "Of course. There's something... so entertaining about sneaking under Tetradore's nose to find his sister."

"You think so little of me if you think I'd get myself killed so easily. I'm of more value than that, you know."

Edie leans forward as her Alpha stands, resisting the automatic urge to stand as well. Fiesty as she was, she was raised in a pack, her instinct was to rise as he rose. But showing that to him would likely get her teased, and Edie was hardly willing to give him any ammunition on that. Still, seeing as he went to the liquor cabinet, the fox rose and joined him.

"You'll find that I'm a lousy Brit." She commented with a grin, reaching to pluck the shot glass out of his fingers. "This is my idea of bonding, though. After all," She reached out with her free hand, nails going down his arm in a decidedly playful way. "You do owe me for going to the Ark. And... you're not with Nadya yet, are you? I bet it's been a long time since you've had any real fun if she's locked away in that rusty sailboat." She smirked, her eyes raising to look up at him. "And here I am, looking decidedly gorgeous, and you're about to get me drunk."
