Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

the sharpest lives are the deadliest to lead

Tetradore's emerald gaze remained steadfast upon the fae that opened the door of the dingy apartment, his attention but fleeting on the form of his sister as he stepped over the threshold, inquiring exactly as to what had occurred. Unfortunately, the man never quite received the answer he was looking for - the feline instead prancing towards the pair to place herself around the man's legs and in return he watched the way Samantha stepped away from him, turning on her heels to head further into the apartment. A soft sigh left his lips as his gaze followed the girl, watching the dejection that dragged down her shoulders and changed her gait. It took him a moment to survey the girl's actions before he recognized the tear in the futon and the stuffing on the floor, easily contributing it to the cat that had taken to gnawing on his calf. His stern gaze turned towards his sibling, a frown tugging at the corner of his features as he reached down with one hand, shoving her head away from his leg. His own acute hearing easily picked up on the sobs that wracked the frame of the young fairy and for a moment he reached up to run his hand through his hair in an entirely tense fashion. His fingers massaged at his temples, knowing well that he had been called here to fix everything. It was a role he, quite frankly, was not well suited for.

Still, he owed it to both women to try, he supposed. It took him a moment to kneel on the ground, reaching towards the ebony feline by the skin at the back of her neck. He knew well it would hardly hurt her, though it certainly made it slightly easier to manhandle the much larger cat in some way. When he was certain he had Nadya's attention, he gestured towards the figure of the hunched over fairy, his voice rough with displeasure as he spoke lowly within the ear of his sibling. "Do you see that? You did that. That is her bed Nadya, and you destroyed it for whatever god damn reason. She worked hard to get even that shitty couch and you should respect that this is her home. She took you in instead of leaving you on the streets. You owe her." He paused for a moment before adding, "If you make her feel better, maybe I will go running with you tonight." Incentive. If Nadya wanted to act as childish as Tobi, he would use the exact same techniques he used with the boy.

He pushed the cat away from him, his touch hardly harmful but forceful enough to make his point. Tetradore stood, making his way towards the young fairy, his hand falling softly on her shoulder. "Samantha?" He inquired softly, slowly settling at her side before he begun to pull the young woman into his arms. "It's okay, Samantha. I will get you a new bed." It was the best he could promise her, the possibility of a new bed. Frankly, it was all that he could do, his gaze shifted throughout the apartment, his own familiarity with the place made it rather easy to note the lack of the table. "And a new table..." He added after a moment, his gaze swinging back towards his sister with a pointed look.
