Anacosta Heights
Dupont Circle
Hawethorn Village
River Dale

Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

MY LIPS MAY PROMISE BUT MY HEART IS A WHORE

Aidan hardly paid much attention to what Cris had been doing lately. In fact, he had been rather absent and purposely avoiding any form of social interaction with her. So naturally she would leave and go find some stimulus somewhere else. Unfortunately for Aidan, he wasn't prepared for her bringing her new interest home with her. He was use to being her prized little toy and pet, and it was a job he liked because it meant he got her all to himself.

So for him to see a child standing in his way in the middle of the hallway, dressed in a white nightgown .. well, if Aidan could die from a heart attack he would have right there. The smile on his face disappears and one of confusion and immediate annoyance replaces everything. "Woah ... how the fuck did you get in here? Who ar-" Before he can even finish, well, he was about to get a surprise. Her blue eyes were narrowed with some evil intent and like something out of a horror movie, her fingers curled (like she was prepared to show the ultimate tantrum) and with a flick ... Aidan was suddenly knocked back and onto his ass. The wine bottle he had been hiding behind his back was dropped (but thankfully it did not break, landing with a thud on the wood floors). He nearly goes back down the stairs. He's knocked for a loop and it takes him a few moments to realize what was going on. Well, he didn't really know what the hell was going on. All he knew was he instantly hated this child, whoever she was. "What the fuck?!? You little brat!"

He was mad. The jolliness and good mood he was in was just gone, never to return (and probably not for days now). He stands up, using the railing at the top of the stairs to get himself up. He's staring at this little girl with such malice in his eyes. "What the fuck?!" He's not sure why she's here, who she is. All Aidan knew was he wanted her gone. It doesn't cross his mind that she's here because of Cris. In fact, he thinks it's some little stray that had wandered in. Aidan had always hated children and there was nothing worse than a vampire one with powers.

It wasn't natural or right and it gave him the creeps.

He begins to walk towards her, his index finger pointing at her and his other hand tightly curled into a fist. "I don't belong? No, no, no, no. YOU don't belong. " He goes to grab her forearm (and if he did, he wasn't going to be nice about it) completely ready to just carry her outside and throw her on the porch. He was doing everything to not use his own power on her. Really, it was taking everything in him. Nothing worse than giving some godlike power to a temperamental kid. I fucking hate kids! Who the fuck would turn a kid into one of us?! I'll kill the fucker that did!

Hopefully the women downstairs didn't hear the commotion. This little girl was going to ruin everything and Aidan wasn't gonna have that. "Come here, time to go back outside where you belong!"
