South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

Scarlett Trivale

So try to love me
And i'll try to save you

It had been a considerable amount of time since their last brief meeting. So much had happened between then, meeting Frost and then the death of her grandparents a few months prior to their current interaction were probably the most significant. Their last interaction had been pleasant and friendly, so the wolf did not fear the panther before her, but she could not forget how she had ran when Nadya had offered to bring her back to her pack to meet her alpha. That decision had haunted her for a while after, for being cowardly at an actual chance of finding a pack; of course she had her reasons for leaving so abruptly, she just didn't believe they were good enough to stand up someone who was trying to be nice to her. If she got the chance, she would apologize.

The panther was rightly surprised by Scarlett's sudden appearance, she had quite literally come tumbling in. The wolf was doing her best to smile and hide her pain, the last thing she wanted or needed was to be reminded of the pain in her chest, for others to see her being sad and weak. Creamy brown ears flickered lightly as she took in the girls reply to her innocent, natural question. It was perhaps not the answer she was looking for but not something she hadn't expected, she hadn't expected anything but vagueness since they were still mostly strangers. That still didn't mean Scarlett wasn't saddened to hear that during all this time it hadn't necessarily been a good time. "I understand," she says with a nod. Neither had to explain, but perhaps they could find understanding that life had not been easy for either since the last time they'd met in these woods.

Her tail wagged in a calm, friendly manner as the Panther inquired about her name. "That's alright it happens, my name is Scarlett," she said, with no offense taken that Nadya had forgotten, she remembered her but not her name and that was an entirely normal thing. Her next words have her tail slow it's wag to a stop and her ears fall flat, not in the aggressive way that feline's did but in a more embarrassed and sad way. Her green eyes looked down at her paws for a moment, not wanting to look at her reaction to what she would say. "I'm really sorry about that. No, the truth was was that I was scared more than anything else," she murmured quietly an apology and an explanation. At the time it had happened she had offered up a poor explanation and taken off, but now the truth was out; the wolf was out of the bag.

She sounded so young and inexperienced admitting she was scared. The time before Nadya she had met another pack, she had been attacked and chased off. It left her a more uncomfortable and a little more nervous. "I should have gone with you, meeting your pack might have helped me. Instead i'm still a coward," she murmured, looking back up to Nadya with ears flat and head low. She tried to fake being brave, and sometimes she did, but in truth most of the time she was a scared young girl who had been thrust into a world she still didn't understand completely.
