South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

The very notion of a state, within a country, is at least vaguely familiar to the ancient Fae King. He understood on some level how it was a country might be divided into regions of a sort, the books he so often spent his time perusing in the evenings- especially without his lover to so entertain him had provided him some knowledge on the more modern manner in which countries and regions so functioned. Why on earth the amount of stone within this state might so allow it to be classified as a Kingdom though he hardly knew and yet truly Dorian found himself unwilling to admit he understood so little of what this man was trying to so inform him off- this time Dorian merely nodding his head, allowing that pleasant simper to adorn his features all the same.

"Ah, of course."

He offers simply before it seems that he has managed to so misunderstand this Tuatha House in much the same manner as he had the state of Tennessee. Fairy Monarchies were a decidedly new idea to the man. After all, even despite his Fae status he had spent his own lifetime within a distinctly human monarchy and one still very much realized today- his own rule extending far beyond a mere group of people and indeed over a very nation itself, several of them, in fact and as such he struggles to some extent to understand these small, species specific monarchies that seemed to exist. Dorian, after all, remained King of Naples and anyone whom called it home, not merely the Fae within it. That individual groups made up entirely of Fae with a leader so called a King or Queen was baffling to him at best and yet by that same notion he had so agreed to assist Samantha in the beginnings of her on Monarchy even if the girl was resistant to his efforts to so instruct her on how tell one fork from another at a formal dinner or how to dance in an appropriate fashion. Qualities of any Queen, he is assured and yet Samantha so often seems content to disregard them. That the man before him was a member of one such recognised Fae group however was at least something of an understanding to Dorian himself, the Fae nodding softly now.

"We have not heard of this monarchy no, but we know of others. The woman I live with, Samantha, she had begun such a thing here within this city."

Any further thoughts he may well have had on the idea are disrupted by the other mans extraction of the starfish from the pool, Dorian eyeing those tumbling waves with no small measure of displeasure as if he so fears they might strike at him again. Dorian shifting ever so slightly to assure the other Fae remained between him and waves. It would surely be better if the water so took out the other man rather than himself. The silver of his gaze however falls hurriedly to the creature in the other man's hands and the assurance that he was hardly the sort of thing the starfish might decide to bite- that tease in the man's voice becoming all-too apparent as Dorian himself merely allows a chuckle to befall him. This notion that he was, surely, of a pleasing taste to other creatures however sees his gaze lift ever so slightly, that aching pang for his missing companion so stirring within him once more though for now at least Dorian so brushed such things aside.

"I have been told I am."

The softest of chortles so finds its way between his lips, the man relinquishing the starfish back to his new companion, watching as it was so returned before seeking some name by which to call the fellow- Dorian offered nothing more then this simple mention of 'Troy'. Was that the man's entire name? So short! Indeed Dorian is not even assured it is a name and yet it would be decidedly outside social decorum to ask after his moniker, the Fae moving to disguise his surprise from Troy in the moments that followed, his own head merely nodding in acceptance.

"My own name is- very long, perhaps you might just call me Dorian. It is what most seem to do though truly I believe that is because they do not know the correct way too address me. As such I shall relieve you of the struggle. Dorian will suffice."

His head nods once more. To allow anyone to call him by his first name and not his title was decidedly unusual and truly outside social grace, yet, within this modern world it seemed first names alone were the most common of occurrences and as such the man is willing to forgo formality for now. When one was soaking wet there was perhaps little formality to be had.

"Do you find yourself busy today, Troy? There is a place I should like to go and if you are not opposed perhaps you might accompany me a little of the way? I should like company."
