South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

Running. It was something that allowed her to cope and give herself that chance to feel as if she is at liberty to do what she liked. It was a wonderful feeling when the endorphins kicked in giving her that chance to embrace the inner strength and the flight of freedom she desperately craved. Tonight she had been happily running through the safer part of the outskirts, enjoying the feeling of the loose dirt underneath her paws. Though all that bliss had suddenly turned into despair as soon as she felt her entire body pause in midair causing her to fall to the ground. Confused and concerned she let out a sharp bark, feeling the return of control over her limbs coming back to her. Picking herself up she shook the dirt from her gleaming ebony pelt, her dial lifted upwards at attention. Moving forward, carefully, blue-grey eyes scanned the area taking note of her surroundings. Her hackles raised as the odd scents were caught on the gentle winds, grey trimmed audits laced backwards out of anxiety.

Sensing something was off she lowered her head aiming for the opposite direction when suddenly she felt herself lose control over her capability of moving. Frozen in place, she struggled as she noticed a trio of young male adults approaching her carefully each one wearing some sort of sadistic smile. The burning stench off their skin clearly informed the young she-wolf that she was in the presence of young warlocks that apparently wanted to play a game. Feeling threatened a low warning growl was ushered as the beast began to grow twice her own size, becoming the size of larger jungle cats, her legs struggling to move, even though they remained frozen in place even during the shifting of size. Blue-grey eyes widen when she noticed one approaching her with some sort of object, with tight leather straps and some sort of metal small box, while another was holding out some sort of long leather strap. Swaying her head side to side snarls rumbling from the larger wolf, trying to move from her spot, but completely helpless from whatever sort of magic that held her in place. When she opened her jaws to take a bite at the one carrying the muzzle, she felt her jaws tighten and slap shut glaring as one boy strapped the muzzle around her face, her grey ears twitched when she heard the sound of a rather large click, the long piece of leather now attached to the size of the muzzle. Clearly the boys had the upper hand until for some reason whichever one that had the ability to freeze her in place was starting to slip on his hold, and with that glimpse of a chance she fled.

It was rather annoying running through the woods with something attached to her face and a piece of leather trailing alongside her. Worried that the others were trailing after her she did her best to run through the thicker part of the trees, ramming through the brushes, her leash getting caught every now and then causing the girl to yelp in surprise. Shaking herself loose and free she would return to running away until she found herself through a clearing with a babbling brook nearby. Turning her dial around she would stand quietly, alert, listening for any signs of the trio. Figuring she had successfully lost them she would turn around and head towards the babbling brook, tilting her head to the side looking at her reflection. One grey paw was raised as she touched the device growling with bitterness. Turning around, moving away from the brook to allow herself some space to lie down. Pointing her muzzle down between her paws, pushing some of the leather near her, she would attempt to try and chew and pull it off growling in frustration. This was not how she wished to spend her night underneath the full moon.
