South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

The Ripper

William Jack Holloway

This man was crazy. Of that, William remained entirely sure.

Even pressed up against the back wall, William hardly found himself feeling helpless or hell, even concerned. After all, after one hundred and fifty years of being on the run from the Council, William was well versed in finding himself in less than ideal situations. How many times had some idiotic hunter tried to arrest him only to be allowed to take his final breaths at the hands of the Victorian man? Still, even with the faerie man that stood in front of him rambling about the fact that William was following him, the Hunter found no reason to hurt the clearly confused man. The very least William could do, he supposed, was offer up answers for the man. It was that alone that had him insisting that he wasn't following him. The man did not seem even remotely convinced by the truth.

"You bloody git," He muttered, shaking his head. All he had been doing was attempting to clear his head and get out some of his restlessness. Following the strange faerie man, perhaps, might have been fun. But it was certainly not his intention. "I wasn't following you. I was trying to decide what to do with myself today. I..." His words were cut off by the man abruptly pulling back away from him. For one, perhaps naive, moment, William thought that he had been believed. But then the gun was pulled abruptly from it's hoister and pointed directly at William's chest. What the hell? William still remained convinced he could get out of even this, though a bullet through his heart would make things decidedly more difficult.

Timidly, the Hunter put his hands up, a sigh leaving his lips. "I was trying to clear my head," He continued to insist, unable to help the eye roll that accompanied the words. "Honestly, you git. I was considering going to see my girlfriend." He paused suddenly, his own brows furrowing for a moment. "I mean... she isn't... yet. But I would like her to be. Maybe." He couldn't help the chuckle that escaped the man. Having a gun pointed to your heart was not the time to consider your love life, and yet the Hunter simply couldn't help his words. "Can you put that blasted thing away? I wasn't following you. If I was following you, you wouldn't know it." After all, the Hunter could fail to think of a single reason that would warrant following the idiotic man that stood before him. "Are you always this paranoid, or is this a new thing?"

But darling -- it's only human nature.
