South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

i'm not ashamed of my scars, i'm ashamed of the world for not understanding.

She was not a bold creature, in any sense of the word, she was absolutely quite the opposite. Reserved and cautious was how she went about in her life. The young woman believed that keeping a distance from others was acceptable, hardly did she attempt to intrude on others. It was a natural habit that she had developed during her time with her old pack. She kept herself far away from the others when she was allowed to wander around within the pack. If she got too close to someone she was chased away or attacked, a reprimand that reminded the lupine she did not belong. Within her new pack she continued her usual habit of keeping to herself, being careful not to touch her Alpha or spend too much time in his presence. As for Tobias it had taken months nearly a full year until she was comfortable with touching him, whether it be in an affectionate manner or not. Through him she learned that touch didn't mean she would feel any pain. As for Tetradore, she learned from him that not Alpha's were cruel to their members. Even though she was within his pack for two years, and constantly in his presence and own office it wasn't until now that she felt brave enough to get so very close to him and actually touch him in a playful manner. The peculiar wolf was willing to get close to the panther, close enough to bat at his nose, let alone actually tackle him.

It did not occur to Raven that Tetradore may not be pleased with her childish antics. To tackle an Alpha, to put the male in a non-dominant role, would certainly be frowned upon. He was an aloof creature and Raven did everything possible to make sure she did not press any buttons or step out of line. Settling above him her tail continued to sway side to side happily, knowing well she was in a dominating position, but the way her grey-trimmed ears tucked tightly against her head was a subtle indication that she was by no means challenging him or wanting to show she was dominating him. Back lips pulled back showing her teeth, an attempt at a wolfish grin, blue-grey eyes holding a joyful spark meeting his own haunting emerald green eyes. For a brief moment there was a flutter of nerves growing inside her stomach when she heard his disgruntled soft snort, and her body began to tense up, afraid that perhaps she had gone too far. Before she could do anything she felt him launch the two of them forward, their form tumbling with one another and somehow the lupine found her back up against the ground with the larger panther standing atop her. Her fear and nerves suddenly disappeared when she noticed he didn't carry himself in a dominating manner, her ears pricking forward as she listens to a warm masculine chuckle enter her mind. As his dark nose squished into her own cold black nose, she listened to his declaration that she was pinned. Playing with Tobias all the time meant that she had to think two steps ahead when it came to playing with him...and it would seem she applied the same technique with her Alpha.

Immediately Raven lifted her dial upwards pressing her nose against his, but her pink tongue would slide out and he would suddenly receive a very wet slobbering lick. Over and over again her tongue brushed against his nose, then his muzzle, over his cheek, and eye, anything she could possibly get. Grey paws would reach out for his ears as she tried to hold his face in distance with her tongue while her telekinesis came into play and suddenly he would feel a soft pressure come to his side and back, and leg, the soft pressure coming from the flying rolled up armadillos, pelting them into her Alpha. Eventually she would slide her grey paws away from behind his head and stop licking his face, the armadillos would waddle away once they were released from her control. A soft feminine snicker could be heard within the jungle cat's head, as the lupine looked up innocently at him. He may not have enjoyed a face wash or being pelted by the balled up animals, but at least she showed she couldn't be counted out. A playful voice managed to creep in his mind again, as her eyes shifted upwards to meet his own.

"You got your face wet and pelted by the ball creatures...I win, yes?"
