South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

Vhalla couldn't believe he called her annoyance cute, she wanted nothing more to light him on fire at that moment and before she can get the words out, the conversation abruptly shifts to Samantha. She can feel her anger coiling just beneath her skin, but she subdues it... just barely, long enough to scoff at Tet's admittance that all his relationships ended in the woman leaving him behind. Honestly, the woman would have felt bad for him, even pitied him if he hadn't called her tirade cute. "I wonder why," she responds sarcastically before taking a step forward into the man's bubble. She manages to keep her hands to herself, though she desperately wanted to jab him in the chest, instead she drops her hands, one dangling at her side and another resting on her hip.

If she wasn't so annoyed she might have noticed that her grip on her side was almost painful, but it keeps her grounded. "As far as calling my little rant cute," she pauses frowning at him in distaste, "Perhaps you would do the honors of proving me wrong?" she purrs at him suddenly, a gleam dancing in her eyes. "Clearly, you hold some rank in the west, therefore I know you are able to shift. What pretty little creature can you shift into?" she muses out loud, this time letting her fingers trail across the damage she had done to his jacket, as if she were implying a threat.

Letting her features twist into a smile that doesn't quite touch her eyes, she doesn't give him much of a choice as she reaches down to withdraw both of her hunting daggers from her boots and tossing them to the ground on either side of the man, impaling the earth with her obvious annoyance at Tet. She didn't need to tell him about the various other weapons she held in her suit, this wasn't The Ark, there were no rules in a fight that didn't happen in a ring. "Don't tell me you're scared of a girl," she taunts him, taking a few steps back, gathering her unbound hair in both hands, braiding it quickly and tossing it over her shoulder.

Vhalla didn't particularly like to be laughed at or teased, perhaps her largest pet peeve was being told something she couldn't do. She would prove him wrong, whether it be by her bare hands, her fire or a dagger she produced out of her suit. Pinching her lips together, she glowers at him, her stance relaxed, her arms hanging loosely at her side. She was fast, the assassin didn't have to give him time to shift, she could keep him in his human form. She merely needed to wear down his human form prior to his shifting, it was simple. Grinning at the thoughts that roll through her mind, she watches him in silence.

If he denied her the fight she craved, she would simply charge him. Easy as that.

Rolling her shoulders slightly, she taunts him again, "There's no one out here to see you lose, it can be our little secret," she even goes through the effort to offer him a wink, a grin spreading across her lips, her cheeks flushed in excitement. It had been so long since she had found someone who would actually be worth her time, she had to admit she had never had the opportunity to fight a were-creature; or perhaps she had, she did have potions that prevented a were from shifting, she could have easily assassinated or tracked down a were-creature who did not have the ability to defend its human form. Pushing the thoughts from her mind, she focuses entirely on the man before her, that annoyance urging to be released by physical blows.
