South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

The University of Sacrosanct

The University of Sacrosanct offers some of the top programs in the nation with its outstanding campus and specialized faculty. The University places a high focus both upon educating future generations but also on research to help revolutionize the world. The University welcomes the talent of students across the world to enroll and unlock their unlimited potential. With applications from across the nation, classes fill up quickly.

Wake up to your dreams
And watch them come true

Nadya had held no care about the noise the wild hogs had created when she had burst into their midst to take her morsel. Why should she care if she disturbed someone else? The forest was big enough for the plethora of Were's to not have to cross each others path most of the time. This time however one decided to poke into the matter of their own missed catch. Once upon a time, before she had become a mother, she had been the one who was friendly and openly approached others. She had saved more than one Were from becoming Tobias' chew thing after all.

Perhaps now that her twins were getting older and Nadya was beginning to gain some freedom back she could revisit those times. If only for a trial period. The panther may have scoffed at the wolf's idea of a hunt to equal things again but she still settled her first catch within the trees before making her way back down to the soft earth. A hunt it was then. "Follow me then." Nadya's languid movements made a slight arc around Mira to press back into the undergrowth. While the panther walked with Mira, she still kept a good three feet between them. Her paws fell silently over the dirt as they weaved towards the ridge Nadya knew so well hid the larger prey animals.

Despite the quiet that fell over the feline, she was gently touching on that bond to Frost. It was simply to get his attention, to alert him to her presence and where she was but not in call for him to come. This was preemptive for if Mira did have a pack that was only waiting to pounce. A fight one-on-one was of no concern to Nadya but a pack was a matter she wouldn't have been able to take on alone.

Soon enough Nadya paused in her tracks with her ears pricking at the soft sounds a few yards ahead of snorting and grazing elk. "Go North to get around them. If you come at them from behind it'll swing them to run to the lake. Let them, I'll be waiting there." It was the same method her pack had used before to take down the large animals. They were predictable in trying to use the water as a means of escape as most predators wouldn't follow them in as the danger was far too great.

Those yellow eyes studied Mira for a moment before Nadya twisted about and gracefully leapt into a nearby tree. She used the trees like a second pathway, stalking across the large branches, leaping silently from tree-to-tree as she made her way towards the lake she told Mira about. Now only time would tell if the canine listened to her.
