South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

I can't help this awful energy
Goddamn right, you should be scared of me

She was luminous, a near ethereal being in the world of destruction that not only surrounded her but was also brought on by her. That halo of crimson and yellow hues that surrounded her was near wholly captivating, even as her frame cracked and her fur transformed to ash and flickering embers. That lava that streamed from her form hardly was off putting, even if it was quite a physical appearance of that armor he knew well that she wore closely around her heart. That very moment seemed more akin to the very personification of the woman. She was tender, sweet, falling apart and desperately needed help, all whilst guarding herself so closely that she made approach quite near impossible - at least, for most individuals. The were-King stepped into that glowing cave, unperturbed by the heat that near radiated from her frame. He knew well of the danger of her being found, particularly by those mortals whom were making every effort to fight that fire that raged beyond that cave. He knew well what they would do if they found her. It would hardly end well for her and yet, Tetradore was certainly not willing to lose the young woman to such a fate. Perhaps it was his own selfish desires to coax her to join his own ranks, perhaps it was some sort of compassion, whatever it was, he was very much there for her during this clear moment of need in spite of that curled tail and flash of teeth.

Those syllables that made up his own name reverberated within his thoughts, those colors that swirled beneath that fractured ebony surface seemed ever more brighter at the sheer recognition of his presence and yet, Tetradore hardly made the connection as to why. That soft pleading caused his own head to shake ever so slightly, the man willingly reaching for his own affinities, letting his hide change much like hers did till that once warm ebony coat turned cold and smooth as sharpened stone, near reflective in its very nature and yet, some how malleable enough that his movements were fluid as liquid. That beast was very much capable of becoming that stone gargoyle to offset that brilliant molten fire that flickered at her paws and flooded down her face in carved out chasms. That sorrow marred within the depths of her nearly blazing eyes was altogether palpable for the man and yet, he gave no indication of backing down - there was little to no hesitation as he ventured deeper into that cave that had become the wolverine's sanctuary.

"You won't hurt me, Mira." He assured her, even if the man failed to voice how or why he knew such a thing with such utmost certainty. He was hardly surprised to discover that this was her affinity, locked away from her by the cruelty she had endured. After all, Tetradore himself had never truly blossomed under the tyranny of his Mistress. It was only within that perceived freedom that he was capable of turning into that man that he truly was. In this, surely, they were no different. Her insistence that she could not control that destructive power that surrounded her hardly surprised him. Rather, his head tilted to the side, his emerald eyes simply drifted down the length of her crumbling flesh in simple consideration. She was volatile, of that he was well aware. Learning to master this ability was certainly not a luxury but a necessity. Without it, there would be no place truly safe for the young woman. He could pull the mortal from her wolverine skin but with no way of knowing how it might affect her, Tetradore was almost afraid to risk any harm befalling upon the woman.

It was in those inner contemplations that Tetradore sought to close that already limited distance between the pair, offering a more physical comfort that she surely required. Those almost feeble whimpers were all but ignored as his head reached out to her, his nose lightly bumped against her cheek, that hissing sound at the simple contact certainly was a source of concern and yet, that heat hardly penetrated that protective layer that had quite near engulfed him. It was clear by reaction alone that Mira had hardly anticipated this, the man's frame shifted closer towards her, placing his shoulder under her neck, his head moving alongside her heated skin with a certain measure of confidence that his own affinity would not disappoint him in that moment that he needed it. His ears flicked ever so slightly at that softly muttered sentence and yet, Tetradore could do little more then offer her a warm chuckle. "Fly, I think." He commented simply, perhaps attempting to coax some sort of smile from the girl.

He pulled away ever so slightly at that grim tone to her voice, echoing within his own thoughts. His head shook ever so slightly in disagreement, those emerald eyes met the fiery gaze of her own, the man entirely determined to offer her some sort of tranquility, of hope. "Well that's not true at all, is it my diosa del fuego?" He commented, that spanish still coming easily to him, even despite all those years in which he had refused to speak even a syllable of it. "After all, what can't I do?" There was an almost impish tone to his voice, an idea of sorts already in the works. Yes, he knew exactly where to take her - a single place she would be safe while they worked on calming that affinity. "There is a place we can go. It isn't going to be as nice as those apartments I've taken you too but..." A small shrug crossed those feline shoulders. "Will you trust me?" Tetradore inquired, any hint of attempted jovialness all but vanished in those moments, the man well aware of exactly what he was asking from her. Trust was not easily given, not from people like them and yet, this was perfectly within his capabilities to soothe.
