South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

Time Waits For No One

South

The air was ripe with the smell of salt in the air, and the sound of the waves moving across the rocks and rippling into small crevices that would make for tiny puddle or holes of water.
He felt like he was briefly whisked back to the oceanside cliffs in Ireland. Where you could see nothing but ocean for miles, and here the powerful vocals of the waves roaring upon the rocky surfaces of the cliffside.
It was a vision that was like staring into to a painting, and Killian had enjoyed it greatly.
Dressed in his black leather hooded jacket and an ever so amazingly well tucked in gray button up shirt with a black tie and slacks with a cozy white scarf around his neck, his feet echoed on the wood of the walkway.
It was an almost relaxing sound, in combination with the ocean.
As his hair shined brightly in the warm sunlight of the Winter Sun, he saw the bistro in all it's beauty.

He stopped for a moment and would lean on the wooden rails and stare in awe. The fresh coat of paint that had been applied just the other day and the size of the cozy building. Along with the table that were beautifully set and arranged. Killian had to stop and smile, because it was his two hands that helped with this dream for Adelaide.
It was also nice for Killian to know someone that was from the same side of the pond as him, for he hadn't really had the European connection with someone else in a long time. And it was a welcome, and refreshing feeling.
Even if him and Adelaide had come from two completely different backgrounds of life, there was still a connection between them: An unspoken kind of respect perhaps.
Either way, Killian knew his mother and father were smiling down on him, for doing what he did.

Outside of his magical background, Killian did have a love for labor and hard work. Putting the good old two hands he was born with to work, and making something to be proud of. Or in this case, helping another person realize their long and much awaited dream is now a reality.
Not only does a sense of pride come across one, but a sense of happiness. That warm and cozy feeling you get when you help another human being out. Killian could stop feeling it, nor would he want to for that matter. This was a great moment for him, but mostly for Adelaide. But now, he could finally put his hands to work at the bar and show the locals what the Irish are about when it comes to liquors.

Finally having lingered in the same spot for too long, and very much eager to get his first day on the job started, Killian removed himself from the wooden railing and walked up to the bistro.
There he saw not only Adelaide, but the other worker she had brought in. She was a sweet and cheery girl, and she had a comfortable energy about her. The kind that makes you believe that you know good things are bound to happen when you're near this person.
He slowly approached the two, and flashed a smile of greeting.
"Ello there ladies... Hope you weren't about to send for a bounty hunter to find me. I was a little late getting out of me house and getting goin'. Me warm bed and home just suck me in."
He joked to them, as he would take off his jacket and scarf and hang them from the nearest coak rack.
