South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

I wonder, when I cry into my hands

I wonder what it's like to be loved by you

The vibrant emerald hue of the Alpha's gaze lingered upon the teenager sitting upon the hood of his vehicle with his cellphone out. He was hardly stealthy about his efforts to pose upon the blue Lamborghini, the teen sure to show off the photo on his social media feed. Tetradore hardly saw a reason to chase off the boy, the audible beep of the sportscar beneath him served to do that for him. He watched as the teen jumped away from the hood of the vehicle, his eyes quickly scanning the area around him in fear that he'd been caught before he made his way across the parking lot. Admittedly, Tetradore hardly bothered to keep his eyes upon the boy, his own gaze scanned the hood of the car as they approached before he opened the gull wing door for his girlfriend. He was silent as he watched Mira get in, only to close the door securely behind her. Tetradore made his way around the front of the vehicle, his fingers brushed lightly against the hood where the teen had been sitting, if only to ensure the vehicle remained unscratched before he made his way to the driver side door and his own seat. He glanced up, only at the soft lit of Mira's voice. His brow rose as he fit the key into the ignition. "He should get a better role model." He muttered, shaking his head ever so slightly.

The engine itself roared to life beneath his fingers, the Were-King reached for the air controls, turning the heat on for both Mira and himself. Tetradore, after all, had never been a fan of the cold. His inner feline was meant for the heated jungles of South America then the frigid winters in the Netherlands. "Well, we're not going outside that much." Tetradore answered that soft grumble upon her lips, knowing all the while that he had, in a manner of speaking, been equally at fault for her current wardrobe. With hand draped over the steering wheel, the Were-King put the vehicle in reverse, guided it out of it's parking spot and into the busy bustle of the lot as a whole. He was attentive to both pedestrians and cars as they hurried to and from the shopping center, the Lamborghini navigated with ease out and finally onto the open roads. He relaxed within the seat the moment he saw the asphalt, his foot pressed onto the accelerator, letting the vehicle speed along the city roads as well as it could given the frequent stopping for lights and other cars that littered the populated downtown. Tetradore was unaware of the way Mira's gaze seemed to watch him as he drove, nor the look of contentment that dwelled upon his features. For a while, Aiden was content to turn aimlessly down side streets, if only to take in the views the foreign city had to offer them. The last thing he had anticipated, as he turned down a new street, was to find the apparent epicenter of all vehicle dealerships.

Most, admittedly, failed to appeal to the Were-King in the slightest, those ordinary sedans and SUVs largely ignored by Tetradore. In fact, he was rather certain that the street itself was boring until the pair came across a luxury sports car dealership - one with a very unique vehicle on display in the front window. The very sight of it demanded his gaze, the Lamborghini slowing down to an almost acceptable speed as they passed. His inquiry on if Mira minded a quick detour was one she was quick to agree too and, soon enough, Tetradore guided his vehicle into the parking lot of the rather ostentatious dealership. He was well aware of how much attention the pair garnered, before even stepping out of the comfort of his vehicle. There was a hint of excitement that fluttered within the Alpha, so few vehicles managed to catch his interest, finding a new toy was...well...thrilling. That was, of course, until Mira lightly teased him of how very expensive the day was sure to become. Tetradore was...painfully aware of the state of his finances. Losing the Ark, purchasing a new one, the recent pandemic, all of it had largely affected how much money the Were-King had at his disposal. It was his responsibility to provide for the pack, to ensure they were cared for first and foremost. Those sportscars were a luxury he afforded himself only after their wellbeing was seen to. His own insistence that they'd be fine was rather...to the point, his baritone voice lacked that playfulness that rang within his girlfriends own. Money was a topic that failed to provoke any hint of impishness within the man, even if he was unaware of just how his mood had so drastically shifted within a hair's breadth.

His hand fell gently upon Mira's waist as Aiden ushered her into the dealership, the warm air entirely inviting as they stepped into the building. Tetradore was well aware of the eyes that continued to follow him, though he was well practiced at simply ignoring any looks he might have garnered. Rather, he moved purposefully across the threshold and the dealership's floor towards the only vehicle that had intrigued him. It was breathtaking up close - the color not one Tetradore usually chose and yet, how that stark white somehow made the car all the more magnificent. He meandered slowly around the vehicle, his gaze brushing over every minute detail and curve of the car. Mira's voice was a soft whisper beside him as he slowly moved towards the front of the vehicle, the very idea of this next to his beloved Noir was almost too perfect to consider. He glanced over his shoulder at her, a rare boyish grin upon his features. "It'd be perfect, wouldn't it?" Aiden inquired as he moved to squat down in front of the vehicle. It's grill was unlike anything he'd seen Bugatti make in recent years - the front far more akin to his Lamborghini then the rounded lines that Bugatti tended to craft.

Tetradore was well aware of the approach of the salesman even before the man began to speak. He was slow to turn away from the vehicle, the Alpha ill inclined to allow that predatory demeanor of the salesman affect him in any fashion. He could hardly deny, however, that the vehicle was beautiful, though he was far more curious of what it was than anything else. The name prompted his lips to shift downward in a small frown. It was...peculiar that he hadn't heard of the vehicle...though Bugatti tended to be rather hush hush about their cars in the first place, he supposed. Slowly, Aiden shifted to stand, his hands were placed in his pocket as his gaze glanced over the vehicle once again. Those striking irises turned upwards towards Mira as he inquired her own thoughts on the matter. She was quick to insist the vehicle was beautiful, there was little fault even she could find in it and yet..some query lingered upon her mind as she shifted around the car to move towards his side. Tetradore could near feel the energy of the salesman, ready to assuage whatever concern Mira had. It was her question of whether or not it was fast enough, however, that prompted a small smirk to Tetradore's features. Ah, they both knew the answer to that question, though he was willing to allow the salesman the chance to actually work for his commission.

"Fast enough? This baby goes zero to sixty in two point four. She's got a quad-turbocharged V-12 under her hood. She's a showstopper. Bugatti only made ten of them, this here's the last one. I'm sure she'd look great wherever you put her."

It was Mira's comments of needing to hear the car that caused Tetradore's brow to rise as he glanced towards his girlfriend. The salesmen, however, was quick to jump to the offer.

"Why don't I grab the keys and I can show you what's under the hood and you can look inside?" He offered, Tetradore briefly nodded in agreement, watching as the salesman hurried off.

"We have to hear it to be sure, huh?" He teased his girlfriend now that they were given a brief moment of privacy. His head shook ever so slightly. They hardly had to wait long, however, before the salesman was rushing back towards them, his stride quick and purposeful as he pressed the button on the keyfob, the vehicle's headlights flashing. Tetradore watched in silence as the salesman moved towards the driver side door, pulling it open only to reach in and press a button that popped the hood of the car. The Were-King stepped back while the salesman moved towards the front of the car, opening the hood to display that shiny pristine engine. It was undoubtedly beautiful. His gaze brushed over the vehicle's inner workings as the salesman started to list off the car's specs, Aiden mentally comparing it to both the Noir and his Chiron.

"Do you want to see inside?" The salesman inquired, dragging the Were-King from his thoughts.

"Yeah." His voice was decidedly blunt and yet, it was all that was required for the salesman to lead him towards the opened driver's side door.

"Take a seat! See what you think."

The coaxing was hardly necessary as Tetradore maneuvered around the salesman, sliding into the bucket seat. His hands gingerly brushed against the leather upholstery on the steering wheel. It felt...nice. The interior was exactly what he'd come to expect from Bugatti. This would be fun to drive, even before he heard the engine. "How much is it?" He inquired, glancing over towards the salesman.

"Nine million."

Ouch.

Nine million was...a lot, more, in fact, then even Tetradore had at his disposal. A small frown crossed his features as he glanced again over the interior. It was a beautiful car. And the salesman had said it was the last of it's kind not yet bought. God, he'd hate to leave empty handed. A soft breath left his lips as Tetradore extracted himself from the driver's seat. "Go ahead and take a look Mira." He commented, gesturing towards the chair. His girlfriend had, after all, wanted to hear the engine and the salesman seemed more than happy to accommodate. Tetradore, meanwhile, meandered towards the front of the vehicle, only to pull out his cellphone. His fingers moved easily across the screen before he paused to take a picture of the vehicle, it too texted to his father with two simple words - 'Hey, dad...?' Matteo, he knew, held a veritable fortune. Money was of little consequence to his family - their pockets far deeper than Tetradore's own. The Were-King was, admittedly, no one prone to ask for anything from them, especially from his own father but...perhaps an exception could be made for a car he desired, one he couldn't get any other way. God, he was being shameless.

That frown had deeped upon his features, the Were-King caught between his perhaps childish whims and that careful distance he so often kept between himself and the world at large. He was only just beginning to second guess himself when his phone lit upon, his father quick to understand that question that Tetradore had left unsaid.

'How much'

'9 mil.'

'Send me an acct no. But I get to drive it once!'

That 'condition' placed upon him caused his eyes to roll and yet, it was one he was more than willing to agree to. A smile crossed his features as he returned to his girlfriend and the salesman, Mira seemingly had talked the man into letting her turn the vehicle on, much to her clear delight. It seemed like today was going to be a fantastic day after all.
