South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

they argued my right to ascension

The sarcasm in the vampires voice does little more than cause another frown to mark the Hunters features, the man half contemplating making some effort to shake the mans hand and yet the mere thought of touching the vampire alone is enough to see Azrael's arms fold smoothly across his chest as if he fears the vampire may well have had the same thought. The abrupt manner in which the other man simply slides over however, a clear gesture for Azrael to sit beside him, is met with a momentarily blank stare and a more marked hesitation. His prejudice against the supernatural's he hunts is more than simply skin deep, the man in possession of a near desperate and deep-seated dislike of most- as if their very presence may somehow result in his contracting some sort of disease from them. Vile, unholy things that they were. Were's he is sure, are by far the worst, though vampires come a decidedly close second, golden gaze narrowing slightly before he moves to seat himself next to Dareios- upon the very edge of the bench all the same. Putting as much distance between himself and the vampire as possible in such a small space.

The question however, was unexpected, the Hunter eyeing the man beside him once more- determined to maintain his near indifferent façade despite the displeasure that turned within himself. Perhaps talking to the vampire at all was a mistake, Azrael not having anticipated being asked any questions in return. He is simply incapable of offering the vampire anything less than the truth, aside from utter silence, yet that alone was often more an implication then any words ever were, his reply very near forced from his lips with marked dislike all the same.

"No."

It is all he is content to offer, relieved that his companion seemed determined to press onward- hoping he saw no further need to delve any deeper into Azrael's previous job experience as the blonde man simply nods. He pauses briefly, reaching into his jacket, plucking the amulet from within- allowing the vampire to sight it before returning it back to its place in the same gesture.

"Look, this amulet thing has been attracting way more attention then I think you realise, shouldn't we do this somewhere less....open."

He simply gestures to the park behind them, a final effort to see if he might be able to lead the vampire away from the main street to where it was far more....convenient to dispose of him. If not, or the vampire became entirely too over-suspicious, well, he was simply going to have to cause a scene. The Council would cover it, they always did.
