South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

South

It was not every day that they would run around and play together, but the curly-haired woman knew that they needed to do this. Both had come from their own troubled past and they deserved to have some fun for a change, now that they had the freedom to. With Lucian not needing her to work today and Tobi was off doing what he pleased, without her, she knew this was the perfect opportunity to spend time with her friend. Even though she planned to have a good day with her friend she should have known that sometimes plans don't always go the way she wanted them to. All she wanted was to finally feel some sort of freedom to just be herself and have some fun for a change. Yet as she chased after her friend, attempting to tag her, she had felt the slow tendrils of her feral mind begin to drag her into a part of herself that she did not like. It was natural for any creature that was a predator to feel the temptation when it came to a chasing game. The desire to find the fox only seemed to intensify the primal urge to hunt and perhaps that is what help fueled her feral mind. It was now turning from a game of carefree fun to immediate danger. She was larger than the girl and could harm the fox in such a deadly manner. As she stalked after the fox she could feel those slow changes begin to take effect and no matter how hard she tried to derail herself it just didn't work. As soon as she was about to swipe at the fox with her massive grey paw she had caught herself in the act. Realizing that she was about to maim her friend she couldn't help, but whimper and cower and throw herself into the ground. Backing away quickly not just for the fox's safety, but for her to attempt to get a grip on herself. Grey ears caught onto the fox's words and it only caused the wolf to cry out as she returned to her paws moving backwards once more, not wanting the girl too close. Her gargled words held a note of pain as it slithered into the fox's mind.

"Feral....feral minded...me."

Of course if she were human or she wasn't yielding to her feral mind, her words would have been properly strung together to make sense. The urge to attack was increasing as her cold nose caught onto the scent of the worried fox. Thick ebony and grey fur stood on end as salvia began to drop from her jaws that were wide open. A rumbling snarl grew in her scarred chest as blue-grey eyes narrowed down upon the fox. As she stalked towards the vixen she would bring herself to her full height. Once more her paw would come down to swing at the fox, but again, that high pitched whine came out of the wolf as she stopped herself once more. Panicked, she shook her head attempting to wipe away this tight grip she was feeling in her head. Pouncing in the opposite direction her sleek form would shake violently, almost as if she were trying to get any water off her, struggling to keep herself from attempting to attack the fox. Truly it would seem she was acting in such a bizarre way, that one would shout my giddy aunt! Forcing herself to move through the tall grasses, she struggled to walk away from the fox, zig-zagging, forcing herself to turn in another direction should she try to head for the fox. The hold of the feral mind seemed to slowly etch away as her tense form began to relax. Panting her form would crash into the ground, as soft whimpers came, her words briefly touching the other.

"not....ssssaffe."
