South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

He is oblivious in that moment to Raven's relief, it would seem, at having not been the target of his agitation and yet within the same moment it would seem the city itself and any being unfortunate enough to cross his path will bear the brunt of his force tonight. He is a possessive creature by nature, both protective and dangerously volatile and indeed it would seem such behaviours have been triggered here and now as he pushes at last away from his company to talk towards the city. It is easy to find the vampire, to allow his talents to pinpoint the man exactly. He knows he is within the East here and now and as such it is where the lanky leopard focuses his agitation. His possession had been touched, she had been made afraid without is consent and indeed it is this, too, that seems to drive his rage tonight. There is no blame to be held upon Raven, his mind it seems, finds no fault in her actions within the slightest, the images that dance within his mind seeking instead to coax and torment upward a desire to protect what is his own- what had been touched by another man and indeed violated the very rules of Were. He does not understand perhaps, that others do not follow these rules, that his scent upon her is undetectable by those not born of the same animalistic inclination and that her status as his belonging may not have been readily perceived and yet still it matters not to the boy. He sees only one thing, understands only one thing and that is the lips of another man on his girlfriend. He knows of her dislike of touch, he understands even within the fractured cracks of his own mind that she grows nervous beneath it and this knowledge of her fear displeases him all the more.

Her words fall upon near entirely deaf ears, his mind having fixated upon a single point, each stride carrying him further and further atop that grassy field. He feels the thickened grey fur of her shoulder press into his own and yet he pays it no attention, golden eyes held forward as she struggles to keep pace with his longer, wider stride. She nips at his neck and licks at his face, these tools of distraction that normally seek so readily to engage his childish mind within the delight of games seeming once more to falter upon him. It is only the sudden emergence of the wall of shadows that forces him to halt lest he desire to crash into it entirely. His thick, long tail flicks in agitation once more, the boy seemingly caught between a desire to leap over it or attempt to run around it, his form crouched as any cat caught within the indecision of leaping upwards or otherwise before his companion seeks him once more. Her head dips below his own, the lanky Leopard huffing at her in an effort to have her move, yet this seems only to inspire her to nip at him, teasing at him, his head tilted towards her- for the first time allowing the gold of his gaze to fall upon her.

Birdie! Is....not time....for....loving.

He offers the words with an evident seriousness despite how unusual such a phrase surely sounds, the big cat assured here and now is not the time for such things as he attempts to bat the girl away with one large paw. Birdie, it seems, is unwilling to be pushed so easily aside, continuing to groom at his fur and features as his form seems to...settle, if only slightly. He retains his seated position upon the earth, one ear turned towards her for the first time, indicating that despite his manner he has surely heard her though he remains belligerent still- gaze focused between the shadows and upon the city. It is only her assurance that his scent remains upon her, that they had come to play that finally seems to ensnare at least some part of his mind.

Yes.....play....but get......vampire.....later

He nods his assurance at her, promising it seems, to not forget his desires in this before he suddenly turns to propel himself at her- entirely content to knock her down and onto her side before he dances away. His spotted form lowers hurriedly into the grass, rear end shaking as cats are so inclined to do in preparation for another pounce.
