West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

The young faerie is equally as perplexed by the appearance of the bubbles as the leopard boy that had become her morning companion. However, it seems as though she certainly has the upper hand in the ability to understand the concept behind them. As Samantha worked to explain the make up of the bubbles, she watched as Tobi's features twisted into a frown and his emotions shifted readily towards confusion. "You don't know... soap?" The young girl echoed his words with her own mix of confusion thrown into the mix. "You know... like what you bathe with? It's the same thing, I believe... Soap and... water?" It is obvious to the woman that her words are falling on deaf ears, the man hardly listening to her explanation. Instead he seemed content to focus on hiding under the covers of the bed, ready for the reappearance of his supposed target. The girl makes an effort to explain that they're not coming back, though he once again seemed to not understand the words. It is only when she tries to explain this newfound power of hers that he reacts at all.

The woman immediately flinches at the abrupt way he reaches out to her, clearly prepared for the man to follow through on his threats to bite her or harm her in some way, despite the fact that she'd ended the crying that he'd found so offensive. Before the faerie girl even had a moment to react to the man's insistence that he could make bubbles appear, there they are appearing underneath the blankets with them. Samantha's eyes widened at the appearance of them, both surprised that they were there at all and baffled that he had so easily duplicated the power that she had apparently just received. She hadn't known, even, that it was possible for her to get new powers. She had assumed that the powers that she'd received upon being turned would be all she would ever have. That that wasn't necessarily the case was surprising for the young woman. "You can duplicate powers, then?" She asked, though she hardly expected a reply from him considering he was preoccupied with the appearance of the bubbles and chasing after them with his paw-like demeanor.

When he finally turns back to her, it's only at the admittance of her own name. She'd mentioned Aiden's name and her status as his girlfriend as an attempt to protect herself, sure that Aiden's status in the Ark was enough to afford her protection. The other staff of the Ark had seemed to think so. Jackal waved her in any time she came to the Ark, no longer hesitant on whether or not she belonged there. Everyone treated her kindly, affording her what she wanted and leaving her alone if she wanted that as well. But this man, the one who had built crop circles around her bed with farm animals and had threatened to bite her... Well, Sam wasn't quite sure what to think about him or whether or not he was safe. That he admitted to know her, even if his tone was one that lacked the same cheerfulness that the others had seemed to address her with, was unsurprising. She remained pleased that she had guessed his own name right, offering him a nod. "Aiden speaks very highly of you. As does Raven."

The girl, however, is hardly given enough time to consider that this male is, in fact, Aiden's best friend before the question that he asks of her caused her to blink rapidly at him. "I... what?" The girl stammers, pulling the covers off both of them so she could look at him properly and not in the dark. Her eyes remained wide as she regarded him with a look of both surprise that he'd asked that and the shock of not knowing what to reply to it with. She could still feel the way Aiden's hands and body and mouth had been all over her, after all, and she was sure if she tried to lie and tell him no the blush would creep all the way up into her ears and give her away. "You shouldn't... ask that..." She tried to explain, though she could tell readily that the man was not truly able to understand the complexities of it, considering to him it was a game.

The woman pulled the pillow off of herself, a blush creeping it's way up into her cheeks as she stood. She was lucky, perhaps, that when she stood Aiden's t-shirt fell all the way down to her mid thighs and covered her modestly. She didn't acknowledge the feline as she moved to the drawer that Aiden allowed her to keep things in. She dug through the clothes, pulling out a pair of tight jeans and and pulling them on first. She turned her head, making sure that the feline was preoccupied before she slipped the shirt off â€" her back to him of course â€" and pulled on a bra first, then another top, this time one of her own. She turned then, regarding the male and the collection of toys that scattered the floor of the bedroom in their eerie way. "Are these yours then?" She asked, motioning to the crop circles of cows and various farm animals. "Your toys? Why are they arranged like this?"
