West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Black Market

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

It was a curious thing, in some respects, these differing cultures that so seemed to have demanded Kato travel abroad only to return with whatever it was he had found. Edie, evidently, that very thing although his own thoughts on that relationship remained as entirely as despondent as they always had been. It was hardly his concern and he supposed he hardly cared in the end and yet some part of the stallion remained entirely inclined to believe Edie was wrong for the African man she so seemed enthralled with. Why such a lively creature remained so determined to tether to herself to a rather dull individual he hardly knew and yet he supposed his own judgement in this held something of a bias. He had spent a veritable lifetime watching women attach themselves to entirely unsuitable men and yet of this thoughts on that he offered nothing. After all, the relationships of others were hardly his area to become so involved within, at least not until the woman so uttered those almost vulnerable words. As if she feared Kato might grow tired of her. Frost allowing the softest of snorts to part his lips.

"Perhaps. Though I see you tiring of him long before he tires of you."

The words, as always, are little more then the softest of murmurs, Frost rarely given to anything even remotely inclined to the emotional and as such he dismisses the topic almost as readily as it had begun, affording her little comment on whether or not his family had found father with her. Family mattered decidedly little in the long run in his own opinion and yet such was her own battles to fight. The man instead making himself content in that plush chair, relishing that air conditioning though his features remained as always entirely devoid of any true expression, fingers taping against the arm of the chair as his own thoughts continued to turn in reflection of just what was needed for tonight. Edie's sudden moment of fluster drawing a flicker of intrigue to his features, the girl clearly having failed to recall that night although Frost hardly took any surprise in this. Her tolerance, like most, for the drink of his country was decidedly limited it seemed and yet some part of him had almost....enjoyed that time, that senseless frivolity he so rarely allowed himself, a soft sound parting his lips once more.

"I doubt you would remember, you were very drunk."

He murmurs the words easily, unsure entirely as to why he afforded her the truth here and now and yet he supposed it mattered little, the man leaning ever so slightly to allow his lips to grace her cheek in that stolen gesture of affection before he settles himself beside her once more. Hardly oblivious to that shift of breath or flush of heat within her frame as her fingertip continued to trace against his cheek in a manner almost....ticklish truly, though once more he had little move to stop her- attention held upon the cards in his hands. How unwilling he was...to so ever stop Edie doing anything. How soft had he truly become for this creature beside him? Such a dangerous thing to so allow himself and yet too the effort to correct it is more than he cares to enact for tonight in the least as the woman shifts from him and he moves to stand in turn. He is entirely content to lay himself down upon that bed, arms folding behind his head as he considers her words.

"I have never tested my power against cameras, im inclined to believe they will not show up on a recording though this may be to our advantage. I will consider it."

That Edie had failed to consider the cameras at all was not lost upon him and yet the girl would learn in time, the longer she spent at his side the more she would find herself capable of working within unison with his own ideas. He affords little more then a nod as Edie moves to set her alarm, the woman almost instantly asleep moments later, Frost far from nearly tired enough to find himself within such a state of relaxation. The man inclined to lie down if only to encourage his Beta to take that rest she had so been pretending she hardly needed, Frost fishing his own phone from his pocket a moment later, fingers taping easily at the screen as the sleeping woman shifted beside him. One violet eye shifts downward, eyeing the woman as she moved in that haze of sleep to hold herself against him, snuggling into his side in a manner that saw the man stiffen in response, Frost entirely unsure of....this in any sense. His own form shifts slightly before stilling, merely leaving the girl to sleep as she seemed determined to do, the stallion seeing little need to disrupt her as he continued with his own work for near the entirety of that hour. How curious it was to find an almost....rhythmic pattern to her breathing, his gaze lingering upon Edie a moment longer before that alarm finally began to chime- the girl sleeping right through it. Women.

"Edie? Edie?"

One hand moved to lift, resting upon the woman's shoulder, shaking her lightly into wakefulness before gesturing loosely to that phone that continued to chime within her back pocket, waiting for the woman to shift and silence it before making his way towards his own bags. His hands move with ease, pulling out that suit and dinner jacket so required of him this evening, fingers loosening the rest of the buttons upon his shirt before shrugging it from his shoulders and onto the ground, reaching for that white shirt now to slide it into place, leaving it hanging loosely around his frame before turning to his Beta once more, holding that black box towards her.

"This would be the necklace you asked for, to go with the dress you refused to allow me to see earlier."

The faintest of quirks tugs at his lips once more, waiting for the woman to take the offered box and examine that delicate silver and emerald necklace he had chosen for the occasion- Frost finding himself almost...intrigued as to whether or not his Beta might enjoy it. Buying jewellery for a woman a new experience in some sense, the man watching her from somewhere beneath that forelock of white hair before beginning to loosen his own jeans and replace them with those dress pants. Frost ready within a matter of moments to so proceed downstairs and take what they had come to take.
