West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

She was actually having fun with the panther, not that she had been expecting him to be dull or anything like that. She just knew that before, they kept getting in arguments or he kept getting annoyed with her and then they would separate. Now they were hanging out and drinking in a bar. Who knew? Good thing the bartender wasn't checking IDs cause she didn't have one. He told her that he had a name, emphasizing calling her coyote and she huffed in response, leaning back in her chair and crossing her arms. She wanted to outright ask him for his name but she figured that might be rude or something so instead she decided to wait. Maybe if she gave her name first, he would follow suit. He had a look of curiosity about him when she mentioned her name but since he didn't ask, she let it slide. If he had asked, she would explain that her den mother called her Malia, something about it meaning calm water or something. Not that she was calm as a puppy. She was never calm, from what her den mother used to say. She wouldn't have known what her human name was anyway.

Finally he told her his name was Tetradore and she tilted her head, one brow rising in question. Interesting name.

"What does it mean? That's a long complicated name."

She scowled.

"I think I'd rather just call you panther boy. Much easier to remember. Or can I call you Dory?"

She smirked, anticipating a no but wanting to see what he'd say anyway. Then he tried to explain the kettle thing. She listened carefully but still didn't get the phrase. She just shrugged in a "whatever" kind of way cause there was no sense in him continuing to try to explain. It sounded too complicated anyway. She could sense that he was disappointed that she had chosen Frost as her alpha but she knew that she had to stand by her word. He had beaten her in a challenge, no matter if she felt he cheated. But so far he had been nothing but kind to her and protective even. She knew just as much about Frost as she did about Tetradore so how was she know who would be a better alpha? But she still considered Tetradore a friend and nothing would change that in her opinion. She didn't want to stop hanging out with him, especially if he continued to be this fun. She was glad for the change of subject but didn't like how inquisitive he was getting of her questions about another panther. She didn't want to mention Henry cause she didn't know who he knew in the were world and she didn't want him in trouble.

So instead she asked about a brother and figured it only went along with it to say she wanted to see if he was good looking. That was what girls did, right? She smirked when he pretended to be offended and asked if he wasn't good looking enough. She rolled her eyes.

"You're better looking when you smile. You scowled too much as a panther."

The liquor was already starting to get to her, making her replies come easier and with less of a filter than even her usual lack there of. She giggled and put a hand over her mouth, embarrassed already as her cheeks flared to life. She loved the berry drink he had gotten for her, draining that easily. She was happy when he told her she could have another, though her brows furrowed when he said only one. She crossed her arms and glared at him.

"How do you know? I might have good toler...good tol...well, I might not get sick."

She didn't want to admit she couldn't get her tongue to cooperate on saying that word right now with the liquor already warming her system. She was stubborn and she didn't like being told what to do and what she could have. That just didn't seem fair in her opinion. When she asked about him needing to be somewhere, he told her he had a meeting and that it was over now. He didn't seem to be in a hurry to get anywhere really. She tilted her head, beaming at the bartender when he brought her another fruity drink.

"Thank ya, kind human."

She greeted him, her eyes twinkling. The man looked at her, clearly confused and yet amused before he wandered back to the bar. She turned back to Tetradore as she started sipping on the second drink.

"So, Mr. important meeting guy, what is there to do on a night like this? Anything fun?"
