West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Black Market

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

She couldn't get enough of him. His hands, his mouth, his eyes; she wanted it all and forever wasn't long enough. It was moments like these when it hit her like a strong wave....he was immortal and she would only have a lifetime to spend with him. The sadness would come on her but she pushed it down again and again, refusing to surrender to the misery of fate and life. She had to accept the terms because she couldn't change them. She would grow old and die and he would continue to live. He would find someone else to love in time but she would always cherish these moments. Their moments. They would always be hers. She didn't ask of his past and how he had courted women before her. None of that mattered. They didn't have the most orthodox relationship but she loved it all the more for that. They found each other in a literal storm and somehow came out of it trusting each other enough to make it work. She would never regret choosing to go against every instinct in her body when she decided to let herself fall for him.

He asked if she'd never rode a horse and she shook her head, brows knitting together. "I'd never rode in a car until a few months ago. I never had need for a horse when I had four legs of my own. But I think it might be....fun." She tried to be convincing but the doubt was setting in. What if it was a joke and she should have never brought it up? He mused to himself that of course she wouldn't have rode a horse before. She listened to the rumble of his voice, her head on his chiseled chest as she felt each thump of his heartbeat. His voice had a way of calming her and she could steady herself into the same rhythm of his own heart without even thinking about it. She smirked when he said not a dress, glancing up at him teasingly. "Aw, you don't think I could pull it off? Maybe a rip or two in the right places and I'd still be able to sit like a true horseman." Her brow arched playfully. He asked dinner then the beach and she nodded, smiling into his chest. She inhaled his warm scent, wanting to put it to memory forever.

He asked where she lived and she hesitated. She didn't really have a residence after she packed her things and left the Ark. She hadn't been back in contact with most of the pack besides Raven since she left. She had been sleeping in the woods mostly, sneaking into houses when the humans have gone to work already to shower and do her basic hygiene. It had been working out for weeks but this could be a speed bump in her plans. Plus he might even now be listening to her thoughts. Damn his powers. She smiled convincingly anyway though, holding out hope that maybe he didn't use them. "How about we just meet at the cafe? I consider it my second home anyway." There, that sounded pretty smooth in her opinion. Plus she didn't want him to feel bad for her or think he was obligated to get her a place to stay. She wanted him as a boyfriend, not a provider. She never wanted him to think she was using him. And besides, it wasn't like she was homeless. The woods belonged to everyone and she was comfortable in her fox form out there.
