West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Black Market

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.

What You'll Find Here

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

I'm not entirely sure as to whether I scoffed or choked at her remark in regards to ordering a new car from the internet. It's almost as if she has no idea how to actually buy a car, let alone a custom ordered one. Honestly, the under privileged upbringing she must have had continues to astound me. So alright, maybe not everyone has been allowed to pick there own cars since they were sixteen, but then again I suppose not everyone has parents whom are seemingly determined to buy there children's love after letting a Nanny raise them for eighteen years. I suppose, if I could go back, maybe I wouldn't pick the car, maybe I would have preferred someone...anyone....anyone other then my minder who actually looked at me for once in my life. It was always amusing, really, to enjoy having a multitude of specialist confirm that so much of my womanising came from some desire to attract attention, maybe that's true, yet I am entirely more content to go with my own theory. I just really like sex. Is there anything wrong with that? I smirked loosely, amused at my own thoughts before letting the blue gold of my gaze roll slightly in response to her words. Clearly I was going to have to show her how to buy a car, another thing she seems to lack. Than again, maybe I shouldn't push my luck, it had taken me months to actually manage to get her into a store to purchase something as mundane as a pillow. Maybe a car was a little bit....extravagant for her. She never really did seem to like material things. Hell, maybe she's just realistic, since evidently she continues to inform me of how close to death the both of us are and really I am entirely assured the solution to that is simple enough. Don't chase supernatural creatures and they might not be so inclined to want to hunt you back. I always was told I was brilliant.

My brilliance however, is rather rapidly distracted by the sidewalk, cracked and crumbling in every direction displaying not only a serious health and safety risk- but very poor architecture. What? I know buildings, development is what I do, the reason I have more money then I know what to do with and if I had my way I would reseal this entire pavement with far more aesthetically pleasing smooth edges. Stop. Just don't look at it. I managed to direct my attention back to Kat once more, her smirk assuring me she knew exactly what my problem was and yet for once I suppose I wasn't entirely bothered by her knowledge, the woman at least seeming determined to humour me- although her words hardly filled me with delight, one eye lifting upward.

"I don't really do blood, but when your done with your.....activities, I'll be more than happy to help you change your outfit."

'Activities' seemed like the best way to describe it, the word seeming to hold more class then 'murdering' or 'butchering', a soft chuckle slipping my from my lips all the same, quiet content to picture every tantalizing piece of her I knew existence beneath her current outfit. It was flattering truly and yet there is something so much more enticing about a woman with nothing on at all. Whatever more pleasant thoughts I had were broken by her hand against my cheek, patting at it teasingly as I merely rolled my eyes once more.

"Oh ha ha."

I knew exactly where to look to find trouble, I was entirely sure we were surrounded by it, like I said, had some sort of chain wielding gang rounded the corner I would hardly have been surprised, in fact, I am entirely sure I would be content to offer her a rather fabulous sprinting demonstration should that prove to be the case. Her hand against my cheek however wasn't something I was willing to ignore easily, reaching up swiftly enough to catch her wrist before she could pull it away, a smirk of sorts tracing my lips once more as I moved to pull her against me. She can deny it all she wants, my newfound ability has the rather unique perk of informing me just when anyone around me is given to feel desire for, well, just about anything and I am entirely assured that despite her efforts to hide it, that her feelings in regard to myself are rather obvious- at least to me. Well- at least I know she enjoyed the last time enough to still desire it, although why she put so much effort into fighting it I hardly know. Maybe she just needs time and that I'm willing to give- but that hardly means I'm not going to at least push her in the right direction, just a little. I simply moves to hold her against me a moment, allowing those first tendrils of my own power to tease at her, to take that desire she already felt and just...amplify it a little, for just a moment, releasing the hold I had on her hand, brushing my lips against the side of her neck, just enough to hear those sounds she makes- her body so very sensitive to such things.

"Maybe I knew exactly where to look."

I smiled against her skin, chuckling softly until her mention of car-jacking, saw my own power cut out near as quickly as it started, stepping abruptly away from her, attention returning briefly to my Maseratti, half expecting to see nothing left but a wheel and a pile of steel, leaning back against it now as I to assure myself it remained unharmed, Kat content to begin to walk off towards some dark...alley, evidently unamused by my helpful suggestion. One day- I won't give her any options. The words she tossed over her shoulder saw a ready quip reach my lips- the small sashay of her hips however already had me moving reluctantly away from the car, long limbs striding easily to walk beside her. Fine. Maybe I didn't want her out here alone, maybe fighting isn't my thing and never will be but for her....hell, I'm not even sure what I'd do, I just know the idea of her being alone annoys me. Maybe she isn't mine, maybe I don't have every right to think that....but I gave up attempting to stop that feeling months ago. I never did share well and the idea of other men, supernatural or otherwise is wholly displeasing. Maybe she is simply fortunately I am entirely the jealous type. I also think any hope of keeping my clothing clean was wishful thinking.

"This smells....like a sewer. This is entirely the last time I let you choose where we go on a date."

Might as well test her reaction to that word before I make any attempt to test out 'girlfriend' then again, that is as entirely foreign to me as 'boyfriend', hell, I'm not even sure I want that label. Something touched me. I swear to fucking God it did, body near colliding with Kat's own as I stumbled sideways, probably making entirely enough noise to alert the majority of the west side to our presence. Wasn't I supposed to have better reflexes as part of this Hunter deal? Oh well. I was far too taken with attempting to avoid god knows what is on the floor to bother about anything else- when my feet suddenly jerked to a halt, one hand reaching out to grab for Kat, pulling her to a stop beside me ,features twisting into a frown of sorts.

"They stopped. Those...whatever those bugs are at night that make noise...they stopped."

OCD after all, tends to make me rather aware of things most people tend not to notice, the buzzing of the...well I don't know, whatever chirps or buzzes at night had stopped, the air far quieter than it had been when we arrived, my rather busy mind having noticed the pauses. Hmm, maybe I'm not entirely useless.
