East

The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

The vampire woman found herself stalking the night for her next meal ticket, only Petra knew how to make it more entertaining. The predator found herself within the confines of another random bar, positioned at the very back in the corner drenched in shadows that so clung to her alluring and mysterious figure. She remains there, calculating eyes dance upon each figure momentarily before one caught the corner of her eye, she could instantly pin him as vampire. But that was not her intention nor what she was looking for tonight, he hadn't even noticed her as he walked passed. She still she does not stir like a lion lying in wait ready to strike, taking in her hunting ground splayed before her which she knew better than any person or thing.

She spies her intended target, disgruntled and rather dishevelled, bustling to and fro, sputtering cruelties and chastising words to his employees. The cruel ones were fun. With a swift motion she swallows the contents of the glass, her nose wrinkling from the crude and assaulting taste to her taste bugs. But her icy stone gaze does not leave her target, allowing the other vampire that entered the bar fall to the wayside of her mind. He appeared like just another patron here as he walked straight to the bar absently lost in some kind of thought, most certainly not a threat to her plight.

The raven haired vampire calls to her affinity, the dark magic curling within her, as it sparks to life with a crackle felt at the base of her sternum. It prickles upon her porcelain skin almost devilishly as she creates her distraction. It would be subtle to the people within the bar just another person within its confines, of course it was intended only for her chosen target, who appeared to be the owner of this establishment. She wasn't entirely sure if she wanted to kill him or keep him around after she had her fill, damn she was hungry. The hunger was ravenous, but not enough to make her sloppy with her magical gifts. It would take more than that to send this calculating creature off her game.

As the fabric of reality shifts and knits into the illusion of her doing, she creates a person, a woman clad in black with salaciously blond hair. The other woman was rather covered to blend within the shadows of the bar, but showed off just enough to expose her womanly traits. She was a thief, or so she would appear to her mark. Petra unfolds herself from her perch allowing her plan to be set into action. Soon she would satisfy this hunger that clawed at her gut like kitty claws dragging on her stomach. Soon, she coos to herself, drawing a delicious breath, more out of a steadying habit than out of necessity. She slides through the bar like the careful stealthy serpent eyes locked upon her bait and prize. The man caught sight of the woman who let herself into the door that was meant to be off limits to patrons. "Hey what are you doing?" The owner exclaimed stalking off after the woman in a brutish fashion that had let herself in. Like clockwork her plan ticks into place, one click leading into another. It was like child's play really, but she wasn't in the mood for her ordinary theatrics, well maybe just a little.

The devil woman wore her usual killer heels, her full lips reddened by crimson, her legs clad in black jean-like fabric that almost seemed melted on her curves, and a simple grey fitted shirt. Not exactly her usual killer queen garb, but still everything she wore seemed flattering as it hug to her alluring body. He had entered the room soon after the woman. While the bartender served another client and most eyes were fixated on their drink or their company as she moved, her heels click against the sticky ground, weaving through the shadows to that door she lured her prey. Slender fingers wrap around the door handle, opening the door just enough to slide herself in but she peers over she shoulder to make sure she wasn't being followed.

"Hello." The nightingale seemed to sing her haunting melody softly, closing the door behind her with a soft click, almost too pleasant she seems. If it were not for the slight twinge of want and promise in her voice. A promise for something this man before that could not comprehend in this very moment, but he soon would. A slow luxurious and delicious smile draws upon her lips at the mere fact that they were alone and he was right where she wanted. "Where is she?" The man sprouted in his rage, his face a bright crimson hue close to the shade of her luscious lips. "You mean her?" Petra suddenly conjures the woman thief just beside him mouthing the word 'boo'. The man lunges toward her, but just barely missing her with grabbing fingers as she appears suddenly somewhere behind him. "Get out", the man screams loudly, spittle falling from his lips. He had better shut up or more people would show, but the pounding music was enough to lose his cries in the rhythmic pounding. She knew his kind and there was one way to sate the raging man, maybe two. But first she must gather his attention.

"Shh my pet", she slides across the room, predatory eyes gleaming bluish silver, her hands poised upon her hip, a devilish dark and twisted look in her wicked gaze. "Just look to your desk." She stated her voice like poisoned honey, the illusion of the thief gestured to his desk that was now littered with money, it was just a mere illusion mind you, but to him it was as real as the nose on his face. The man immediately calms by her superficial pacifier, his eyes widening his greedy wanting smile grows too as he falls to the chair at his desk caressing the money in disbelief. "She is not a thief.. in fact, she is quite the opposite. She is a giver." A wicked gleam of an impish smirk dances upon her lips in a subtle but not so subtle gesture as it glitters with malice and sex appeal. Oh it never takes much to sate man, sex or money is all they ever want. The raven haired woman woman sighs, her illusion of the blonde woman, toying with the money upon the table gently pushing it toward him, speaking of all the things he could do with such fortune. Oh how the man is subdued into a false sense of security right before she plucks it all away.

Now for the true fun to begin, it was almost too easy.
