North

Within the Northern vicinity of the city, the wealthy gather behind meticulously trimmed hedges and high-class architecture. The pristine streets are paved with stone and the storefronts are brightly lit and inviting - for the right clientele. In the North, every establishment is eager to cater to the rich and the wealthy. Many such places are used to the sometimes peculiar requests of the otherworldly but here there is little that money cannot buy - whether it happens to be illegal or merely involves looking the other way. Vampires and Dark Hunters are often found upon these Northern streets, their long lives often contributing to their sizable wealth which allows them the luxuries that the North provides.

got your bible; got your gun

A lot of Rose's work contributed to insufferable amounts of stress on a daily basis and yet she could be no more perfect for the area of expertise that she had crafted with her own two hands. The business itself was young and yet it flourished with the hundreds of new clients that popped up from nowhere on the daily around the state. This is not to say that she can handle quite that many by herself, she does have her limits after all, and so this bustling entrepreneurship drives her to seek solace in the darkened recesses of the Voodoo Room after a long day.

She is not above taking public transport to her desired location and so she steps from the backseat of a city cab after paying her part and begins walking toward those welcoming front doors of the bar. A deep breath is inhaled as the door is opened and she enters into her oasis, the dark, calming tones of the room providing more peace than one might have thought. Finely toned legs bring her gracefully across the wooden flooring and to the bar where she promptly begins her order to paradise. "Whiskey, darlin'." Her voice is beautifully smooth and casual, as the calm that this place provides her begins to ease into her being.

The drink is brought to her in a timely manner and she proceeds to take it to a table in the far off corner, not truly wanting to interact more than need be, it was what she did all day long after all. With a silent sigh, she brings the glass to her pale painted lips, downing her first sip as she looks around the room with little curiosity. She liked to observe on her nights in the bar - the only moments in which she learned of someone when it did not pertain to her job.
