Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

Being in such close quarters caused the witch the ability to see the emotions fluttering across the were-creature's face. The assassin did not miss the glazed look that danced in the girl's eyes, nor did she miss the memory that seemed to be replaying in her mind. Hesitating, the witch doesn't turn the knife as she was about to do, but instead adjusts her grip to tighten the hold, her face becoming feral. The assassin could not hate herself anymore in that moment but she knew the consequences of letting the woman go. Instead, Vhal plasters a smile on her face that doesn't touch her eyes, where it remains even when the super natural is whimpering.

Then she twists the knife.

Again, that sudden respect rises in Vhalla when the stranger does not scream, she merely whimpers. Clearly the brunette was accustomed to pain. In another world, another day Vhal was certain they would be fast friends; given the circumstances they were enemies the moment Edie broke into the house of the faerie queen. Stilling her hand, ice blue eyes narrow at Edie again as she pants out that she doesn't know anything. "Don't be silly, everyone knows something," the assassin draws in a bored manner.

Suddenly, she wrenches the steak knife free of the super natural, flipping it to ram it into the side of the were's temple, rendering the girl unconscious. Dropping the utensil to the ground, she catches the woman's body with a huff, "Jesus, you're a lot heavier that you look," she mumbles and drags the body to the couch, pausing, and dumps her on the floor. Vhal didn't need any more blood to clean up, and cleaning a blood stain off a couch would be much harder. Stretching her arms over her head she searches the living area for a chair, finding a suitable wooden one with a high back she drags it to the center of the room, peeling back rugs. Retrieving the forgotten steak knife she prowls quickly towards the kitchen, tossing it in the sink and rummages through the drawers.

Fishing out duct tape, Vhal is surprised to find that even the faerie queen has a junk drawer in the kitchen, why it surprised the assassin she was clueless. Turning on a heel she races for the stairs and takes two at a time, she's aware she only has minutes before the woman would be coming too, she could already hear the groans from the woman below. Flying into Sam's room, slamming the door open, she finds her pile of clothes deposited from the night before and grasps her wicked hunting knife before hurtling back down the stairs. Grasping Edie at her armpits, Vhal lugs her into the chair and binds her wrists with duct tape behind her.

Satisfied, she returns the tape to the drawer and is casually strolling back to Edie when the woman finally grumbles awake, "How was your nap?" Vhal beams at her, palming her hunting knife as it relaxes at her side in a hand. Prowling in a circle around the woman, she peers down at her with feral eyes, teeth bared at the super natural. "What's your name?" Vhalla purrs at her coming to a stop just behind the chair and out of sight.
