Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

Bristling momentarily at Sam's comment to be nice to the fellow faerie, she feels immediately guilty for feeling enraged in the first place. Sniffing she turns her nose but complies with Sam's request. Of course she would prod Dorian especially if she would be staying here, there were other ways to get under a person's skin. Why she felt the need to antagonize the male the assassin wasn't a hundred percent sure, perhaps it was because she was tired and he was the closest man in the vicinity to take out her moodiness on.

She found herself having to hide her anger as Sam continued to pull Vhal's magic back under control. The witch was exhausted and needed sleep yet she still found herself worrying about the faerie queen. Glancing back at Sam, Vhal inspects her hollow face and can't help for the concern to etch into the edge of her features. Returning her icy eyes back to Dorian she simply shrugs at his question, "I don't know," she replies tiredly, "I will most likely be gone tomorrow and you won't see me again."

Pulling herself to a standing position, she gathers her clothes in an arm and turns to Sam, "Thank you again for letting me stay here," she nods towards the queen and makes her way towards the door, skirting around Dorian's figure and slithering into the hall. Furrowing her brows, she releases a sigh as that worry creeps up in the back of her mind, 'What was wrong with Sam?' she wonders briefly and makes a split decision before the male wanders out of the room.

Moving swiftly down the hall, she finds the closed door that Samantha had pointed out earlier on their way up to mark Dorian's room and slips silently inside. Letting her eyes adjust to the darkness she picks her way through the room and takes a seat on the edge of the bed discarding her suit on the ground next to her feet. Letting her head fall into her hands she waits, fighting off the sleep that threatens to take her under.
