Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

He grabbed the glasses and the bottle of wine before coming around the corner from the kitchen. He smiled as he saw Sterling sitting near the fire, the blanket laid out delicately over the floor. He handed the glasses and the bottle of wine to Sterling before he grinned. "Hold on. I'll be right back." And then he turned and headed back down the hall. He stopped in his bedroom and pulled every single pillow off his bed before going into Sterling's room to do the same. He can't remember ever being in Sterling's room before, but it didn't bother him.

Returning to the living room with his arms full of pillows, he nestled them along the floor, creating a cushion for them to lean back on. It would serve as back support, actual pillows, or really anything they needed them for. Right now, Henry wasn't sure how tonight would go, so he figured he would at least use them as back support for now.

He slowly lowered himself to the floor, sitting close enough to Sterling so his hips touched his lover's. He leaned back on the pillow, taking a glass of wine from Sterling. He sighed in contentment as he took a sip. "I had a good time today." He enjoyed their quiet picnic and even their leisurely stroll through the Japanese gardens. Even though Henry didn't know a damn thing about plants, he knew Sterling enjoyed them. Seeing Sterling in his element and loving it had made Henry's heart flutter. He didn't deserve Sterling's love...not at all. But somehow, Sterling still loved him despite all that had happened in their lives together.
