Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

VHAL & DORIAN ;; for pleasure seldom has a cure

Sebastian Ellington

His breath was warm as his lips moved against the skin of her neck, the man altogether aware of those soft sounds of want that left her mouth. That lust he so fabricated embraced them with a frenzy, that ache within his own side hardly forgotten. In fact, it was perhaps the singular grounding thing within the Englishman's world when that need for blood overwhelmed him and threatened to destroy that promise of commitment he had provided to another. Still, even with Dorian lingering upon his mind, his fangs found that tender flesh, piercing it to flood her system once again with his own particular sort of venom. That blood once again poured into his mouth, only further helping with that still open wound and that need for another's life to animate his cold corpse. He could feel her fingers digging into his back, her hands balling into his shirt enough to cause that expensive cotton material to tighten around his spine. He ignored it, however, at least until her grip grew weak and her body seemed to collapse further into her embrace - that simple gesture a warning of the precipice she lingered upon. Slowly, Sebastian pulled away from her, his arm still offering her some level of support to ensure she didn't immediately plummet to the ground.

His own gaze turned towards that torn fabric upon his side, lifting it ever so slightly to inspect the wound that still existed there. A small frown momentarily marred his lips and yet, it was wholly fleeting in the wake of that nearly girlish giggle that left the ivory haired woman's lips. It was her words that prompted that small simper onto his own features, the man reached up to let his thumb gingerly drag across her bottom lip. "There is sweetness in everyone love, you merely must know where to look." He muttered softly, wholly believing in those words and yet, he hardly bothered to linger on it long. Instead it was the suggestion that she had expected more from him that saw the vampire shrug. "A year ago and you would have gotten far more." The vampire offered, simply watching her as she pushed herself away from him only to wind up, quite expectedly, upon the floor of that alleyway. He'd taken too much from her, with the blood loss and her own blood alcohol content, it was no surprise she seemed...giddy. God, he was still hungry.

The vampire ignored her assurances that she was still capable of showing him a 'good time', it was a sentiment he knew well was false, even if he desired to relish within her physique. She was still bleeding, despite his best efforts, that wound still needed tending to and, to be frank, he was hardly fairing much better. It had taken some effort to get the girl up again, and yet she was wobbly enough on her feet that the pair hardly made it down the alleyway at all. Eventually, the vampire gave up entirely, sweeping the woman off her feet to simply carry her. He took particular care to loop one arm under her legs, his hand pressing into her side to provide some pressure. It was an awkward position but, he could manage. The girl fought him but for mere moments before giving up, breaking out into giggles once again before attempting to guide him from his own part of town and into the familiar Western ward. Vhal remained wholly giddy the entire way, parading them through the alleyways in order to get to her intended destination in a path that hardly seemed very direct at all. Nevertheless, Sebastian did his best to remain wholly pleasant throughout the process, halting eventually in front of an apartment building she'd made him circle around at least twice now. A soft sigh left his lips as he shoved his way through those doors, entirely grateful to have found her home only for the man to stop short at the sight of stairs. Of course there were bloody stairs.

He glanced down at the girl in his arms as she declared him continue upwards with far more enthusiasm than she really should have. This was going to hurt, he was sure. Nevertheless, he began to climb those steps, the action alone aggravating his side as those flights only increased. "Thank god." He muttered under his breath as the young girl finally declared they'd arrived, the man pausing to glance back where they had come only to see the smear of blood from Vhal's hand on the walls. Apparently the girl had found 'painting' with that silvery red color entirely hilarious, nearly cleaning her hand in the process - sort of. Sebastian shook his head, following the girl's gestures as she pointed him to one door in particular. The vampire paused before it, staring at that wooden door before he realized, quite peculiarly, that he knew this door. Hell, he knew this apartment building. The fact that he had missed this was wholly concerning and yet, so too was the fact that here he was about to knock on Dorian's door with a bleeding girl in his arms. Why was it he always had such poor encounters with the women involved within his lover's life? Why was it that Dorian hadn't mentioned her in the first place? Surely getting a new roommate was an event worth mentioning, was it not? A small frown crossed his lips as he shifted her ever so slightly. She was getting heavy - or, perhaps inversely, he was getting weaker. Neither seemed particularly promising. "Be a love and knock for me, will you?" He inquired softly to her, all the while hoping entirely that it wasn't Samantha that answered. Lord only knows she would continue to hold this over him too.
