Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

She was so tired.

Vhalla wanted nothing more to sleep but they wouldn't stop hurting her. Even after the assassin combusted into flames they wouldn't leave her alone. The use of her affinity drained whatever energy reserves she had as she slumps into the couch, her eyes fluttering close. They felt sticky, she couldn't open them and the witch barely registered the hiss that emits from Sebastian's mouth. In turn, she doesn't notice that the two men who were standing over her were now across the room, at least they weren't touching her anymore.

Draping an arm across her wound, Vhalla lets her head loll against the armrest and she's just nearly asleep when another sharp pain stabs its way into her side. Growling, she thrashes weakly, reaching for whatever surround her wound as she claws at it to get the thing off of her. Parting her eyes just barely, she notes the ribbon like sash surrounding her wound and no matter how hard she pulled, in her weak state, it wouldn't move. Groaning, her skin steams slightly, unable to create anymore flames, before she finally settles back into the couch, eyes fluttering close once more.

It takes no time at all for the assassin to fall into an uneasy sleep, her breaths ragged as her body slowly begins to repair herself. She sleeps, and sleeps, and sleeps. Even when the sun rises she does not wake. Even when the sun sets she does not wake. Not until the wee hours of morning, where darkness still coats the city does her eyes slowly begin to flit beneath her lids. Breathing deeply, she can feel the pain in her side, though its rather dulled, it still aches with a fierceness she had not felt in a long time. Groaning, she rolls slightly, only to feel the dried substance of blood coating her body.

It's with an effort that Vhal pries her eyes open, her focus disoriented as she's unable to lock on to any one thing in the room. The ceiling spins as she lays there, a sudden nausea gripping her stomach. Swallowing, she desperately does not want to throw up and after a few brief moments, it passes. Grunting, she pulls herself into a sitting position very carefully as the assassin begins to inspect herself. She pauses in her inspection as the sight of pooled blood and scorch marks draw her attention. Bewildered, she looks around the room noting the almost entirely destroyed living area. Gaping, she glances down at the couch; amazed that it kept her supported through her sleep.

What in the world happened?

Catching her head in her hands, she lets her eyes close briefly as she racks her brain from the previous night. She merely wanted a drink last night and now she was back in Sam's apartment that she clearly destroyed. How did she get here? Groaning, she clenches her eyes tightly as images of last night come rushing back to her. Yes, she had several drinks in the bar last night and had met Sebastian, they in turn, were attacked by inexperienced Dark Hunter's, that would explain the wound in her side.

She vaguely remembers the vampire pulling her into the alleyway and... and feeding off of her. Snapping her head up so quickly, the room spins for a moment before she struggles to a standing position, her side aching fiercely. That asshole did something to her. Vhalla can remember being carried home by him as she insisted she take him to bed. Flushing in anger at the memory, she uses the wall for support as she slowly makes her way to the spiral staircase. It's a slow process, Vhalla dragging herself each step one at a time and it takes far longer than she would like and when she reaches the top she gasps in pain.

Stumbling through the hallway, she latches onto Dorian's door for support as she throws it open and quite literally falls into his room, barely catching herself before she crashes into the ground. Finding a nearby wall for support, she whirls, rather slowly, towards the two, her eyes nearly living flames, "What thefuck did you do to me?!"
