Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

years I've walked in the coldest winds
from sorrow and pain I find my strength
the more I hurt, the clearer I see.

That notion of his death and those months he'd spent gone from the pack and his family were often months the man chose to simply ignore existed altogether. The majority of individuals hardly bothered to press him on that very topic, content enough with the simple fact that he'd returned that the 'whys' and 'hows' hardly mattered once they had gotten over that astonishment. It was but three women alone that seemed to so poke and prod at that issue, as if it somehow mattered to them far more than his present existence. Nadya was but one of those three. His efforts to so sweep over those months were all but ignored, those Christmas presents too regarded as if they were an everyday occurrence in the wake of that topic of his resurrection. A soft sigh left the were-King's lips and yet, he offered her little more than a small shrug, at least, initially. He had intended, at least, to answer those questions of that bond - even though he knew well that doing so would cause the man to so confront sensitive topics he had thus far danced around. Those words, unfortunately, never quite managed to leave his lips before the voice of a young child echoed from that house.

Tetradore's emerald eyes swept towards that porch before darting back to his sibling, simply watching as she seemed to consider her options before her. The man certainly hadn't expected his sister's desire for him to come into that home, after all, even Tetradore could smell those faint scents of Frost upon that lawn. It was a distinct smell, one left by Alpha to Alpha to so declare something his and, in turn, to suggest it best to keep others out. It might have been faint, but it was still ever present. Tetradore pursed his lips ever so slightly, clearly attempting to decide that very thing when that nearly begging sound from his sister, not to mention that brush of her fingers against his skin so prompted a soft sigh of defeat. "All right." He muttered, clearly not wholly content with this suggestion and yet, he obliged her all the same, following the girl up that sidewalk and onto the porch and, in turn, into that warm home. He watched as those packages were placed in the front hallway, the man offering the delivery men a small nod of appreciation before they turned and left, leaving Tetradore alone with his sister. Tetradore's head bobbed in a rough sort of agreement that the pack had well informed him of Nadya's presence here, though she was hardly the only one. After all, he'd been practically stalking the equine for nearly months now, a fact he hardly saw fit to inform his sister of. "Mmhm." He muttered and yet he was saved any further discussion of it by the sound of eager footfalls, the twins apparently unable to 'stay' for very long.

His gaze fell towards the small giggling girl that so enthusiastically made her way towards him, her fingers clutching at the material of his jeans as she wrapped herself around him. They had grown so much in those nearly six months he'd been away! A small simper crossed his features as he reached down to lift the girl up and into his arms. "Hello Izzy", he muttered softly to her alone. "I have a present for you." Those efforts to show the pair of children those four boxes, however, were interrupted instead by his sibling's voice once again, the man inclined to simply watch her for a moment as she spoke of guarding the boundaries of the pack and, in turn, keeping an eye on his opposition. "I am well aware of where Frost has been." Tetradore uttered simply after a moment, selecting one of the large boxes. "I'm surprised you haven't accepted his apology yet, though his last effort to woo you was...rather pathetic." He was, surely, revealing quite a bit of his hand and that information he had been sitting on for months but, when one took every waking moment to be the ghost in the wake of the Nordic Alpha, one learned quite a bit indeed. Still, he hardly lingered in that hallway long, instead grabbing the first of those boxes to pull it towards the larger space within her living room, greeting his nephew along the way.
