Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

The stars in their orbits

Nadya's accusatory posture remained as the blonde spoke and rose from the bench. The languid pace with which he crossed the short distance between them reminded her of something, a type of gliding sway. Her mind quickly shook away that brief distracting thought train it had taken. Distractibility and forgetfulness from pregnancy had started to take its toll on her past few days. Her chocolate eyes regarded the man suspiciously, not at all pleased he had chosen to block her path. As any true predator she sought out not an escape route but looked for any weakness he might have if a fight were to ensue. Up close and bathed in the soft light Nadya was able to fully look him over. His hair reminded her of Tobi's, the way it fell into his eyes that caused her finger to twitch wanted to brush it out of the way. She hated when a person's face was covered, wanting to see their eyes which could give away what they were thinking. His smooth lyrics pulled her attention from his hair to his lips.

"Oh really?" Nadya's sardonic tone returned. Fascinating? She hadn't had anyone call her fascinating since Sebastian. Subconsciously she draped an arm leisurely across her abdomen, making as if to readjust her purse. Her raised brow regarded his outstretched hand suspiciously. How had he known about her? Did he work for her brother? Surely if her brother had sent someone to keep an eye on her he would have let her know. But, no, his further explanation indicated he knew of her pack but was not sent by them. Now she was curious and was content to play his game for now. Nadya reached out and shook his hand. "Frost? What kind of name is that?" Obviously her flattery knows no bounds.

Nadya shifted slightly to put more distance between them. She was not afraid of Frost but she had to hold some form of caution in the way she behaved now...it wasn't just her she had to think about now. "Nadya..Nadya Tetradore. I'm Beta of my pack, I move around as I please, they prefer to watch their little fights and have their employees do things for them." A slight shrug and another shift later her attention reverted back to Frost's hair. Damn her attraction to men's hair. "Why were you looking for me?"
