Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

if these wings could fly for the rest of our lives
Abigail was certain she was dying. There was no question about it as that cascade of water was dumped upon her almost submerged figure. A series of squeaks left her lips as she so flailed to find air and yet, the young girl hardly anticipated that scowl upon the young vampire child's features. Surely she understood Abigail was nearly afraid of drowning, didn't she? Right? Right? Er...no, definitely not. The girl felt that twinge of power, her chocolate eyes widened as her flailing limbs stilled against her will, near forcing her into a position more akin to a statue. Her body began to emmett that soft glow, though this time it was more of a subconscious defense mechanism - if only such colors worked upon vampires like it did animals in the wild! Those squeaks died on her lips until that soap was dumped upon her figure, the youthful panda quite near terrified of the female in front of her. Not only did she have little problem killing but she could control movements?! No thank you! A huffed sound left her lips as her hair was tousled and soaped, that auburn fur smooshed together into something that resembled a mohawk.

The girl simply stared up at the young vampire with a look upon a face which surely showed all of her thoughts on what was being done to her. Usually, Abigail was the very epitome of pleasant but now she found herself eagerly looking for some sort of escape, should it present itself. That chastising tone upon the child's lips left Abby near scoffing in the wake of it. Her? A spoil sport? Never! She just didn't like so much darn water. This is why showers were better, she was assured. She was equally assured that, give her enough time and enough hairspray, she could make Anna Marie's hair stand straight upon her head! It was that image the usually enthusiastic girl so focused on in that remainder of the bath, even if she could hardly help the natural way she so seemed to panic as more water was dumped upon her small body.

Thankfully, the girl was set free not long after before the girl was plucked from that bath tub, a soft, defeated sigh on her lips as she was finally placed upon that bath rug. Her hair all wet made her feel so heavy - like she'd just gained ten pounds. Ughhhh. The little panda heard the tub draining behind her and yet, she hardly expected to be attacked by a towel but moments later. The girl squeaked, her small frame jarred by that towel as the panda flopped uselessly on the floor. Ahhhh. Toooo roughhhhh. It was the very sound of going to bed, however, that saw her little frame perk up. Bed? Can't go out in the sun? THIS WAS HER CHANCE! She was so close to her freedom! She just needed to last a little longer! Excitedly, a sound left her lips as she climbed wobbly to her feet, all too willing to lead the way out of that bathroom and back into the bedroom. After all, sleep awaits!
