Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

He was glad that she felt safe enough not to use her vamp radar so he could actually sneak up on her in play sometimes now. It was pretty fun, actually, especially knowing that she was a vampire and should be able to sense him a mile away at least. Of course, he didn't want her stressed so he didn't do it too often, just in times like this when he found her doing something he didn't think she should be. He wanted nothing to mess up this moment for them. He wanted it to be perfect. The baby would be safe and so would she. He wouldn't know what he'd do if anything ever happened to either of them. They were too important in his life now.

He chuckled when she jumped and told him that he scared the shit out of her. He pumped his fist in triumph.

"The Troy master strikes again."

He said with a wink as he moved further into the room. Then she smiled and it was like the whole room lit up. He couldn't get enough of that glowing smile. She told him she knew someone else could do but she wanted to. His lips quirked up when she said that she was nesting. Finally he sighed.

"Then nest away, momma bird, cause it won't be long before baby bird is here to feed."

He glanced down at her ever growing stomach. He swore it looked bigger than it did just this morning when he saw it. He moved up behind her and placed his hands gently on her stomach. She moved to place hers over his, as if together they were cradling it. He smiled, kissing her shoulder. He asked if she was nervous and she nodded, saying she didn't think she'd ever stopped being nervous. He smiled and placed another soft kiss on her neck.

"It's going to be okay. You'll never be alone through any of it. I promise."
