Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

I thought you knew I was filthy rich
I thought you knew I never answer my phone
I thought you knew I was a late night with a bad bite I thought you knew.

There was something wholly heavenly of that touch of Arlo's venom coursing through his veins, even as the vampire so fervently coaxed that blood from those perfectly symmetrical wounds upon his neck. That touch of Arlo's lips upon his skin was so distinctly arousing and yet, his arms felt far too heavy to raise, even though he knew well that Arlo was hardly the man he so wanted to be nestled against his neck. His head shifted back into the man's waist only when Arlo finally admitted defeat in fighting his own naturally healing capabilities. The Englishman met those vibrant blue eyes and yet, any of those desires he had were clearly met overlooked as Arlo attempted to lean him against a table! A mere table! That whine left his lips as Arlo gingerly pushed him over onto that table top, his cheek brushing against the furniture as his fingers slowly rose to trace the natural lines within that piece of wood. Though it was hardly the place he wanted to be, Sebastian was altogether keen to embrace it, the vampire momentarily distracted with his own sudden need to love that table in a fashion Arlo had denied him - enough to even name it!

He was entirely inattentive to Arlo's idle scrolling of those notifications on his facebook page - at least until that inquiry of his own last name. Those words were slurred as they left his lips, the syllables somehow harder then they should have been and yet, the feeling of his tongue moving in his mouth was wholly fascinating for the vampire. At least for several moments, it intrigued him before Arlo mentioned that very man that Sebastian was so utterly obsessed with. The vampire near perked up at that mention of Dorian, his head bobbing quite more enthusiastically then he should have. He fell against that table as that dizziness so clutched at his head, even as that blissful sound left his lips at that simple idea of how utterly attractive Dorian was, particularly without clothes on. And sprawled upon his bed. And ready to be taken. Ooooo, or even pinning him against the bed. God yes, what he wouldn't have given to be there right now. Still, for all Dorian's sexiness, he was hardly the only man the vampire was surrounded by who was so utterly gorgeous. That admittance of how attractive the fae King's father was left his lips without real consideration, the vampire entirely unaware of that reaction upon Arlo's features. In fact, it took him several moments before he realized quite what he said, his hands clasping to his mouth before that rushed sentence was slurred together in an effort to make Arlo promise not to tell anyone he'd even so much as thought that!

"I only told you!!" The vampire protested at Arlo's insistence that he certainly shouldn't be telling people that thought. There was a certain whine to his voice before that distinctly guilty look crossed his features. "I know I shouldn't say that." He stated, that frown taking over his features. He was being a bad boyfriend. A bad vampire. Bad! The vampire momentarily dwelled on how it was totally not okay to have any attraction to his significant other's father when Arlo's voice pierced through that sudden swift turn to his mood. His gaze shifted towards that phone and that familiar face that so stared back at him. "Yeah!" He exclaimed, his dark blue eyes quickly settling on Arlo and that far comfier sofa. He reached out towards it, utterly determined to join the vampire whilst all the while listening to Arlo's agreement that, Matteo was certainly easy on the eyes. So easy on the eyes. Stick them together in the same room and it was like watching bloody art interact...with one another.

He flopped rather dramatically against the sofa, scooting closer to Arlo so his head was resting on Arlo's arm as he eyed that phone. "He's like....I dunno....a bagillion years old. I think he's seen dinosaurs or something." Okay, so maybe he was being a little over dramatic but, compared to Matteo, Sebastian was but a child! Hell, he was but an adolescent compared to his own lover. They were all SO OOOOLLDDD. Not that age had ever stopped Sebastian from anything though. His consideration of Matteo's age, however was quickly distracted by that reading of his full name, one that Arlo declared sounded like a bloody law firm. It kinda did, didn't it? He should make it a law firm. He was a lawyer! He had been a lawyer. Why did he retire again? Oh yeah....that whole...dying thing. "Immabealwayeragain." The vampire announced with a near blissful grin upon his features, hardly concerned by the way he hardly paused at all in the declaration of this newfound goal. After all, he'd passed those fancy exams with flying colors once, he could do it again! He could beat his grandfather's marks twice! Ha! The vampire hardly cared in that moment for what that wikipedia page said of him, the man vastly more interested in Arlo's own discoveries than anything else.

It was that notion of the Mafia, however, that prompted a near blank stare from the man, even as he conspiratorially whispered of their existence. It took him a moment, truly, to comprehend exactly what Arlo was suggesting and yet, a small shrug merely crossed his shoulders. He'd certainly never met the Italian Mafia with Dorian. Did Dorian know of the Mafia? Were they that old? He bet they had a gift from the Mafia somewhere from when Dorian announced his claim to the throne and, in turn, Sebastian's own position. Maybe he'd have to hunt it down. That gift, however, was quickly forgotten about by that confusion that filled Arlo's voice, the vampire shaking his head. "Noooo, the...what are they...? The S...SS....SIMS...SISM....those guys. They follow him!" He exclaimed, a single finger raising towards that phone only just to flick at that screen, sending the text scrolling for the pure amusement of it. He watched as the page made it all the way back up to the top, that photo of Dorian and himself on the side briefly caught his attention. Those dark blue eyes stared at that photo for several moments before he announced that intention to marry the Italian King.

It was the first time Sebastian had voiced his intention out loud though he found he rather liked the idea of it as it rolled off his tongue. Dorian as his fiance. Dorian as his husband. It did sound nice. He glanced up at that word of congratulations from his friend, that grin quickly mirrored on the vampire's own features. He knew exactly how big it was to score a King. After all, his own father had been steadfast to ensure his son's courted those only of the same social standing or higher, the man ever determined to raise their family's standing. This was surely far beyond anything he had ever imagined for them. It was a shame the man was dead. Sebastian would have liked to have seen his face when he announced it to his family. Still, Arlo was the best he had at the given moment. The vampire entirely content to imagine his father's face might have looked similar. It was that that thought of how his own family would be altogether lacking that prompted the Englishman to quite suddenly invite his own real friend to such an event, even if said event was hardly even in the preparation stages of existence. His head bobbed at that inquiry Arlo offered, confirming that he was indeed inviting the man along to his wedding. "You can bring your panda too." He added after a moment's consideration. Arlo deserved a plus one. Besides, Seb would be too busy with Dorian to pay attention to his friend.

It was that very mention about Dorian, however, that prompted an exasperated sigh from the vampire's lips. "I know. I gotta ask his dad first though....I can't decide if he likes me though." He commented, his gaze turned upwards in consideration, "Dorian's friends don't like me very much either...but you like me, right Arlo?" Sebastian inquired, his dark blue eyes turned back towards the man in a hopeful look. It would be nice if someone liked him. Besides, Arlo was his friend, wasn't he? Thankfully, the man's attention was decidedly short lived on any singular topic, the vampire easily shifting to that new one with gusto. A small flick of his wrist was given at that question. "I'd take Dorian's duh. He can't change his name cause of the crown and royalty don't fill out forms silly so I'd be...be..." His voice trailed off, his eyebrows furrowing as he considered that newfound name. The vampire rather abruptly sat up, reaching out to grab Arlo by the arms. "Arlo! I can't change my last name!" There was a hint of panic in his voice as Sebastian considered just how horrible this was going to be! What if Dorian took offense that he didn't take the Aragona name?! "All my businesses are in my last name! Oh god, and the estates, my father would kill me if I dropped my name on those. I mean...he's already dead...actually so am I... but he would come back from the grave and kill me AGAIN. Oh God, what if Dorian doesn't want to marry me because of my last name?!" This was apparently the single greatest catastrophe of the evening.
