Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

Sebastian Ellington-Aragona

His Royal Highness, Prince of Italy

This notion of a present party was becoming far more than Sebastian had originally anticipated when he had initially agreed to host such an event. Though those gifts were certainly attainable, her comment of never before having a 'present party' had left him contemplating those very events during which gifts were given. Surely she had celebrated Christmas before? Or even her very own birthday? His very inquiry of such a day seemed to prompt a glimpse of consideration upon the young girl's features before she informed him that she simply didn't have a birthday. For a moment, he merely stared at her blankly before his head slowly bobbed. "Yes, Ma Petite. Everyone has a birthday. I am sure you do too, you've just forgotten. How about, you can pick which day is your birthday and every year, on that day, we'll celebrate with presents, hm?" He inquired, at least willing to make some sort of compromise to please the young woman. Fortunately, the prospect of a party seemed enough to delight the girl, sending her running through his estate.

A soft sigh left his lips as Sebastian trailed after the surprisingly bubbly blonde. He followed her into the living room only to watch as she paused to trace those expensive trinkets of deer and artwork that lined the shelves of the room. His inquiry of her pet, however, seemed enough to hold the girl's attention once more and yet, that description of the creature only further baffled him, much less that Anna-Marie had managed to keep such a creature alive in the first place. "All right, we'll get you a very pretty bag for your Lady." Sebastian responded in ready agreement, altogether oblivious that he knew, particularly well, the creature that Anna-Marie spoke of. In fact, he was far more willing to believe the child vampire had adopted some sort of...cat of some kind.

His gaze shifted from the girl towards the objects she pointed to, a small frown briefly fluttered across his features. "I am sure you won't see them under the balloons and...streamers." That was what she was referring to, wasn't it? Besides, Sebastian had little desire to rearrange the entire room just for one evening. Perhaps they should rent out a venue instead...
