Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

Sebastian Ellington-Aragona

His Royal Highness, Prince of Italy

The very last thing Sebastian had anticipated when he reached for his flashing cell phone, still nestled within the warmth of his sheets with his husband snuggled against him, was a text message from Nadya, of all people. It was decidedly rare for the vampire to give out his cellphone number, particularly to previous lovers if only for his tendency to be little more than a one night stand, at least, in the past. Still, the pair had fostered some sort of friendship beyond their shared affinity for attraction and now, with her blood relation to Dorian's adopted sibling, he could hardly just ignore what sounded like an altogether urgent text message. A soft, disappointed sigh left his lips, the sound alone altogether atypical so early within the 'morning' that it near-instantly gained him the attention of the Fae Monarch settled against his bare chest. How he had been hoping to merely avoid the explanation of how he knew Nadya, regardless that it had been far before he had ever met Dorian in the first place. The very fact that she had mentioned wishing his husband's ear too, however, made addressing that matter impossible to ignore any longer and yet, he could hardly help the worry that had also beset him at whatever matter was so important it could not be discussed over the phone and required both of their attention. His fingers reached up to pinch the bridge of his nose. God, dropping everything for a meeting with her tonight was going to take some rearranging of both of their schedules and likely send Dorian's assistant into a frenzy. Already, he could tell the day was going to go dreadfully.

It was only just an hour later that Sebastian settled within the armchair of their formal living room with a cup of tea within his hand. His lover had, admittedly, taken the news of his activities with Nadya far better then he had anticipated - with a wrinkled nose in a glimpse of distaste before the mysterious affairs that required their immediate attention overrode any further thoughts of that past tryst. With a text message sent back with his address, their staff alerted to their impending guests, and their meetings for the day pushed back several hours, the Royal couple had just enough time to bathe and dress before Nadya had informed him she would arrive. "I wish I knew what this was about." Sebastian lamented for what was surely the third time as he sipped upon that distinctly English beverage. With such little warning, his own staff scarcely had the time to prepare the sort of spread that typically was served to guests. His own lack of time to feed surely only contributed to that rare hint of anxiety that so came with his concern and the veritable unknown that Nadya had forced upon them both. Dorian, however, hardly seemed nearly as perturbed, particularly not after already confirming his brother was 'fine'. That shared speculation on what might produce in such a taboo demand as this of Royalty had resulted in the momentary fretting that, perhaps, something had happened to the only individual that connected the trio.

A knock upon the front door drew his gaze upwards - she was here. A small frown tugged at the corner of his features as Sebastian placed his cup down upon its saucer. A singular glance was given towards his lover, the vampire certain he was prepared for whatever came next as Charles proceeded to answer the front door. His sharpened instincts easily picked up Nadya's soprano voice as the Englishman rose, fully prepared to receive his guest. "Right this way, Miss." Charles uttered as he closed the door behind the two women. The manservant led the way towards the formal living room, only to pause in front of the archway. "Miss Nadya Tetradore and Guest." He announced, gesturing the two women into the room. It was, admittedly, the announcement of a guest that caught Sebastian off guard, his eyebrow quickly rose at the sight of the child at Nadya's side. This was...unexpected to say the least. Sebastian hardly dwelled upon the girl long, however, as the dark blue of his irises turned towards the woman herself. "Nadya, is everything okay?" He inquired, fearing the worst with the cryptic text message she had sent him.
