Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

Lost sight of the man in the mirror
Following a heart of a sinner

God, how he utterly adored those Lamborghinis. From the lean sharp lines to the very roar of the engines and the power he knew he held in his hands every time he sat within that driver's seat. The very speeds they could all but fly! Those cars had come to represent a sort of freedom for the Were-King. They were a chance to forget the world that had surrounded him; Risque, in turn, was far more inclined to simply leave him alone whilst he was chauffeuring her to whatever location she desired. His love for those cars had become an almost defining feature for the Alpha. It was a love that was surely visible even now as his emerald irises stared with awe at the showroom he'd been brought into. Each of those vehicles had been so meticulously lined up for their examination - the room filled with cars that even Tetradore had never before seen. He knew their names, he knew their specs, the years they had been manufactured and their rarity...but to see them in person?! It was an entirely different experience than those photos online. Tetradore hardly hesitated to step into that room and towards the first of those vehicles. The intensity of his gaze fluttered over each car with such meticulous observation. How magnificent it was to see where the brand started and how far it'd come to the very vehicles he adored!

It was only his sibling's voice that drew Aiden's gaze away from the vehicle he was not squatting in front of, the man admiring the intricate details of those rare vehicles. The Alpha could hardly help that snort from his nose, much less his insistence that he had told Dorian those vehicles were magnificent. His attention, however, hardly remained upon his brother long, however, as his fingers reached out to trace the hood of the car in front of him in an almost affectionate manner. Aiden was, however, aware of that soft chuckle from the Italian before Stefano offered Dorian a once in a lifetime opportunity. God, he could only dream of taking home any of these vehicles - though which one even Tetradore couldn't even fathom beginning to decide. Aiden hardly anticipated, however, his brother's sudden offer to instead pass that gift onto him. The vibrancy of his own gaze turned sharply towards the pair of men, the corners of his lips tilted downwards. How he would love that gift...and yet....it was not his to take, as much as he hated to admit it. Slowly, the Alpha shook his head, insisting that Dorian could still appreciate the ride of a Lamborghini even if he couldn't drive one. Tetradore turned back towards that fleet of cars that surrounded them, gesturing briefly towards the SUV that Lamborghini had recently come out with - such a car surely perfect for the transportation of a King. It was that concept car he sought for next, the luxury sedan equally as perfect, and yet, any efforts to find said vehicle were quickly sidelined as his attention fell upon a bright red sports car - the Veneno.

Immediately, the Alpha drew his brother's attention towards the car as he informed the Monarch of just how rare such a vehicle was. Even Dorian, it seemed, was incapable of not appreciating the sleekness of the car and its sheer aerodynamic appearance, though he struggled with the proper word. Aiden hardly bothered to correct the fae in English, however, the Alpha merely agreeing readily to that Spanish tongue he so rarely utilized. He hardly noticed, in his own intense inspection of the vehicle, that Stefano had ordered the keys of the vehicle to be brought to him until the car's headlights lit up as it was unlocked. The very opening of the vehicle was enough to prompt both Dorian and himself to move towards those scissor doors - only to eye the interior. Unlike the Italian Monarch, however, Aiden hardly felt the immediate need to crawl into the vehicle. After all, with the time he'd spent with car aficionados, he knew well how disliked it was to even so much as touch things that were not his own. Still, perhaps being a King gave Dorian more leeway than others were afforded. It was, it seemed, that very thought of the world's eagerness to please his brother that was realized but moments later as Stefano offered Lamborghini's own closed track. It was that inquiry of whether or not he could drive that caused Aiden to glance down at his brother with a look of disbelief. Him! Drive?! A scoff left his lips as he reached for those keys, even though Aiden was incapable of stopping that grin on his features as he settled into the driver's seat. A Veneno! He never thought he'd drive one of these!

Quickly, Tetradore instructed his brother to put on that seatbelt, Aiden himself doing the same in those moments after as his fingers reached for the red flip switch. The car near roared to life in an immediate response, that engine all the louder as those noises bounced off the concrete walls of the warehouse. A small smirk crossed his features as he glanced towards his brother. "It's because the engine's cold....well...and this engine is way bigger than anything you've ever been in. It's got like twelve cylinders." His emerald eyes, despite his conversing, hardly left Stefano and his staff as they guided him forward and through the warehouse towards a garage door. It hardly took long, even despite that slow crawl they had moved at before the pair found themselves upon jet black asphalt with little more than an open track ahead of them. Idly, Tetradore revved the engine, the man simply feeling that power in his hands - the car all but begging to be tested with naught but a clear road ahead of him. His gaze drifted towards his brother as he inquired if Dorian was ready, only to mutter softly to the vehicle itself as his hands tightened upon the wheel. "All cars are girls, Dorian." He informed the chuckling fae with a roll of his eyes - how had the man existed this long without knowing this simple fact? Regardless, a slight hint of mischievousness crossed his features as his foot found the accelerator - the car all but racing forward.

The vehicle all but quickly ate up the road as Tetradore tested just how quickly the car could get to sixty, only to push it even further still. That cry of surprise prompted ready laughter from his lips as he glanced at his brother. How aware he was in that singular glance of the grip of Dorian's fingers upon that chair and yet, it hardly caused the Were-King to pull back in the slightest. His attention, however, quickly turned back towards the road as the car quickly approached that first curve. Aiden easily guided the car around that snaking bend, the vehicle hardly losing speed in the slightest before the Alpha was given yet another long straightaway to test the very capability of that vehicle. His foot pressed further down on the accelerator, the world around them all but flying by as they raced around the track and into another perfectly prepared curve. Those words, it seemed, were all but robbed of his brother as they made their way around the track, though Aiden was hardly finished with that car just yet. It was only once they'd found another curve that Dorian seemed to once again find his voice and yet, the fae's concern for that bend in the road was one Tetradore hardly shared. After all, now, the Were-King was becoming comfortable within the depths of that car. Those first few bends simply granted him an understanding of the control of that vehicle as he now sought to test that very speed it could acquire.

That soft gasp from the Monarch prompted another low chuckle from Tetradore as he continued forward with little concern - that straight away ahead of him all the more enticing as they flew through a field of flowers. It was only that inquiry of how fast they were going that caused Aiden to glance down at the speedometer. "110." He commented simply only to continue, "We can go faster." Aiden offered to his brother, his eyebrow rising ever so slightly as Dorian insisted how thrilling that ride was. That rare smile upon the King's features hardly wavered, however, as he pushed that car further onwards, increasing that very speed with each passing moment in that long straight away they sped down before he was forced to drop his speed for the upcoming backward bend. How much Dorian seemed to be enjoying that ride - as much, perhaps, as Aiden himself did. It was his brother's insistence that he was a good driver, perhaps that prompted a soft snort of amusement. "Thanks." He responded simply, his gaze remaining upon the road in front of them all the same as they neared the end of that first lap.
