Anacosta Heights
Dupont Circle
Hawethorn Village
River Dale

Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

Wake up to your dreams
And watch them come true

Nadya hadn't wanted Frost to leave for whatever "work business" he had to take care of. Not so soon after her miscarriage. His mother had left not too long ago as well which made it that much harder to accept him leaving. Still, she made him breakfast and saw him off that morning before turning back to the twins. It wasn't the first time he had left and she in no way was fearful he wouldn't return...but the strength his presence gave her in these weeks was greatly needed. At least the rest of the pack didn't need any major babysitting and was relatively quiet. Until Malia approached her with an unusual request. At first Nadya was hesitant to agree to those strangers milling about their home but she eventually agreed and even offered to help. Frost would surely detest strangers in his home but Nadya saw the joy that danced in her packmates eyes at the prospect of making friends so agreed. Between the pair of them she felt their home could be protected if need be.

After dropping the twins off at their sitters for the night, not at all wanting to worry about their safety with strangers, Nadya finished the last touches on the food for the party. She had managed to come up with quite the spread for the event from roast lamb to edible fruit arrangements for the non-meat eaters...even though she caught Malia's nose wrinkle at the sight of it. Nadya could only grin and shake her head as she ensured everything was as it should be for the woman's party.

Nadya eyed Malia bouncing by the door with some apprehension. If no one showed then the woman would be devastated. The young woman plugged her ipod into the speaker system and adjusted the sound so that people could still talk without yelling before making her way to Malia's side. "It's nearly dusk. You know this city really doesn't come alive until after dark. Don't worry." She smiled warmly at her packmate. "Come, why don't you help me finish setting out the drinks and cups on the table?" Hopefully getting Malia distracted and doing something else would help.
