Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

I know some things should just stay broken

i'm well aware this should remain unspoken

The solidness of Henry's frame collided into Sterling's chest as the man emerged quickly from the depths of the steamy bathroom. How utterly aware the warlock was of his once boyfriend's closeness, the boy taking a step back if only to regain some level of distance between them. That apology, however, was met with a half-hearted shrug of Sterling's shoulders. "It's fine." He responded simply, only to further work at that pillowcase he was sliding over that plush pillow in his hands. The offer of Henry's old bed, however, only seemed to prompt a shake from the Were's head, Henry stepping further back from him. That insistence that he couldn't accept such generosity prompted a rise of Sterling's eyebrow and yet, he bit back those very words that rose in his thoughts. Rather, Sterling fell to silence as he watched Henry place his duffle bag on the floor. The bright blue of his gaze met his boyfriend's own though he said little as Henry spoke of just how much he had messed up. How his ex's tone had changed after some space apart! That once insistence that Sterling hadn't been fair had somehow changed to an admittance that Henry had made a mistake.

A soft sigh left Sterling's lips as his bright blue gaze turned from his boyfriend. That insistence that Henry would be fine in a tent, however, only prompted a small roll of his eyes. "You won't be, you and I both know it. Besides, you have to have an address to get a license mailed to you anyways and they're not going to accept the address of a tent in the woods. Just take the pillow, Henry." He held that second empty pillowcase out to his ex, that once biting tone having puttered off into something more akin to simple tiredness. "I'm not going to be hurt by you living here for two weeks...just don't bring anyone back to the apartment with you and stop being an idiot. Also, the tent is missing a support pole so...you don't really have much of an option anyway." He had little intention of fighting with his ex over the matter, much less begging Henry to stay. If Henry wanted to go so bad, Sterling was hardly going to stop him. The choice was Henry's alone, Sterling certain he'd said all there was to say on the topic.
