Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

abigail

Astonishment saw Abigail near leap off of her barstool in surprise, her hand still tightly gripped her carrot as she stared, wide-eyed, at the entrance to the foyer. What was THAT?!?! It took a second for her to register that within that scream there had been a name, much less that she recognized that voice - as much as one could recognize a scream when she had only ever heard Malia speak with like...a normal inside voice before. She hardly realized Oliver's protective stance as he shifted closer towards her. Rather, Abigail was far more focused on informing Frost that he was most clearly wanted -- you know....just in case he hadn't noticed, as unlikely as that was. The unimpressed look upon his features made the young girl duck her head, certain that her carrot was super duper more exciting then whatever was being shouted about - which she most definitely should not be joining in on, if Frost's face was anything to go by. Still, she could hardly ignore the panic in her friend's voice, leading the young girl to wonder what could possible have gone so terribly wrong upstairs to prompt all that shouting! Everything, after all, had certainly LOOKED fine when she and Oliver had been up there not too long ago - unless...it was the closet the pair had taken over?! Her voice softened to an almost conspiratorial whisper as Abigail inquired if Malia was upset over their clothing, after all, what if it was like...her favorite closet that they had just bombarded with their things?!

That very notion of Malia and their stuff, however, prompted a rather startling realization within the young girl. Malia had NEVER met her best friend in the WHOLE WORLD! An audible gasp left Abigail's lips as she looked up at the Englishman with wide eyes- only to inform him of what she had only just remembered! She hardly bothered to wait for her companion's reaction before the girl was bouncing out of her step with the last bite of her purple carrot still in hand. The excitable panda easily made her way towards the base of the stairs, only to run into a STRANGER walking into the house as if she belonged there! A curious glance was given towards the brunette girl but....maybe Frost knew her too? Abigail had certainly not met her before and Abby was rather sure she knew like...the WHOLE pack. Actually, now that she thought about it...the pack was missing quite a few people. The house was quiet. Maybe they were all out shopping or something? They had talked about going somewhere last time she was here - where was it? A small, almost friendly simper was given towards the new girl as Abigail paused at the bottom of the steps, her head turned upwards to shout at her friend that she had someone NEW to meet! Well...new to Malia, that is. Not to her...of course. Malia, she was sure, would totally love Oliver just as much as she did. After all, he was pretty awesome.

Her pretty awesome friend moved towards the bannister beside her, only to insist softly that Malia was very very upset about...well something. A small frown graced the young girl's features as her hazel eyes turned towards her Alpha, surely expecting HE would have the answers to why Malia was so upset in the first place. "Oh...okay..." She offered to Oliver, moving aside to settle beside him and, in turn, allow Frost access to the staircase to..take care of bugs, as Oliver had said. Regardless of her quietness, the little panda was nothing if not entirely attentive. Her hazel eyes watched astutely as her Alpha eyed the strange woman standing in the foyer. The girl's question, however, was hardly met with the sort of politeness Abigail had been taught to give questions like that - but, then again, Frost had a grand capability to be terribly blunt when he so desired it. Maybe...he didn't like this girl? Her head cocked to the side as Frost took several steps up the staircase, only to glance back at the stranger with a word that Abby was pretty sure was a name. A very odd name. But...then again...Frost was a pretty odd name too, now that she thought of it. It was the mention of her name, however, that caused Abby to perk upwards attentively, only for Frost to turn and disappear back up the staircase.

Abigail, however, was left wholly confused on how...exactly she should regard this new person. She was not a mean person but not exactly a friend of her Alpha's either and subconsciously she stepped closer towards Oliver till her arm brushed his - certain her polar bear wouldn't let ANYTHING bad happen. "Um...would you like a carrot?" Abigail inquired almost tentatively, only to glance up at Oliver as if to make sure that she was doing exactly what she was supposed to. She was supposed to give her a carrot...right? That was what he had meant...wasn't it?
