Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

Sebastian Ellington-Aragona

His Royal Highness, Prince of Italy

The very presence of his Maker within his home tonight had been unanticipated. Yet, those age old manners that befit the English gentry so required the Prince to afford the child vampire a chance to be heard in the very least. Dorian, for now, was surely otherwise occupied by those matters of state and Charles' own efforts at distraction. The Englishman purposefully attempted to keep his lover and Maker separate if only for how those events of the past had been carried out. The lucidity with which his Maker presently spoke caused his brows to furrow. Her words, tonight, held within them a sobriety he had learned to be uncommon and yet, this was not an opportunity he intended to waste as he inquired after her own past and how the Belrose Manner still fared. The latter was added as an afterthought. If Anna-Marie truly desired to be considered among his allies then such a proposition would take careful consideration. A decision Sebastian did not look upon lightly. A ghost of a simper seemed to touch her features then as she settled within a chair before indicating Sebastian should do the same. The Incubus allowed his head to bob politely before stepping towards the nearest chair opposite her own. His figure settled softly within it. His dark blue gaze rested upon her own as he gestured for her to continue.

Sebastian made no effort to interrupt as she spoke. Anna-Marie, just as before, spoke with an undeniable clarity. One that betrayed the truth of her age despite her eternally child-like appearance. This, Sebastian was certain, was the most lucid he could ever recall his Maker being. The incubus strove to commit to memory those details she offered of her own turning, the suspected death of her family and the apparent discovery of her sister's survival. It did not come as a surprise to the Englishman that Anna-Marie had sought to turn her sister. Especially if the girl had been dying anyway. Their kind, after all, so often seemed to cling to family. To desire it. The memories of his own human life, after all, had hardly faded despite the centuries and the happiness he had found with his husband and King. Anna-Marie's hands clenched at her dress, her fingers twisted within the fabric as she spoke of Hannah's true death at the hands of an enemy coven. Sebastian's tongue brushed across his lower lip in a subtle sign of....nervousness . The only hint the Prince was content to give of his concern. A tantrum from his Maker would be....undesirable within his home. As quickly as that anger had come, however, it seemed to fade in a display of control the Englishman found surprising once more. His dark navy irises continued to rest upon her own as she described how it felt to have that bond of Maker and Childe shattered. That very break, it seemed, had plunged her mentality into a state of pure instinct. One that gave way to the Anna-Marie he had known for much of his own immortal existence. It was not inconceivable that grief may have caused her mind to fracture. Their kind was well known to feel emotions...profoundly. His own wife's death had left the Prince craving for little more. Loss was something Sebastian knew well. "I am sorry to hear of her fate, Anna-Marie. There is nothing that can replace family."

How certain Sebastian was he understood that very sentiment. His words were entirely genuine. The Englishman, if nothing else, was so finally offered some understanding for why his Maker had been as she was. How different their own relationship might have been had she been as she was now from the very beginning of his own creation. Anna-Marie continued then, her cerulean gaze lifted to his own as she insisted she had returned to see him. Though whether her mental state would remain was uncertain. His Maker, for now, seemed determined to settle at the other end of town in a hope to foster some sort of...relationship between the pair. Admittedly, Sebastian had long since ceased to need his Maker in any sense. He had learned to navigate his immortality near....flawlessly over the centuries. Her presence within his life so tended to bring with it unfathomable chaos- one that threatened the very foundations of the life he had built and yet- nor could he deny that bond between them existed and always would. "I hope you can find peace here, Anna-Marie. And if you should require anything...please do not hesitate to let me know." His British politeness hardly faltered, even if Sebastian was not entirely willing to commit himself to any allegiance with his maker just yet, not until he had seen for himself whether or not her mental state might remain as it was. Perhaps, in time, the Prince might see fit to introduce his maker to the life he had built for himself -- to the coven he had created for himself so that she too might again find her place amongst vampire society.
