Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

Residences

Despite the man's certainty that it was far too early for the young fairy to make it home from her new found position within his sister's burlesque, there she stood on the other ie of the door. He was entirely oblivious to the fashion at which her features seemed to so readily shift at the simple sight of him, instead returning her embrace by letting one arm momentarily wrap around her slender figure. He gestured in towards the apartment, fully intending to invite her further into the space that he had purchased for her. The man closed the door behind them, his striking emerald gaze steadfast upon the young woman as she glanced around the space. He had ensured that every detail was seen to and taken care of and in this alone he felt a certain sort of confidence. At the very least he had missed nothing - the only question that remained was whether or not she would like it. After all, aesthetics, he was aware, was far different than the simply appreciating a couch because it was...well, a functioning comfortable couch. He paused as her gaze turned quickly back towards him, closing the distance between them only to abruptly voice that she knew exactly what he was feeling.

A soft sigh left the man's lips, Tetradore had entirely forgotten her affinity to feel exactly what he felt and yet the man simply ignored her question entirely, instead countering it with one of his own. He watched as realization poured over her features, the woman clearly making the connection regardless of whether or not he was ready to reveal the entire reason they were here. He listened to the awe in her voice as she reached up to touch his cheek, her lips following suite and gingerly he returned the kiss she offered him, the girl's excitement clearly shining through. His head bobbed ever so slightly as the young woman inquired, at last, if the apartment was indeed hers. He hardly forced her to finish her sentence, instead reaching into her pocket to present her with a set of keys, "Your couch sucked" He responded, as if that was clearly the only reasoning he needed to provide her with such an extravagant and clearly over the top gift. "You can move in whenever you want, I don't think it'd take the long." After all, it wasn't as if she had any furniture worth keeping where she was and yet, he was entirely capable of being polite enough to not exactly let those words leave his lips. After all, she had worked hard for what little she had and far be it for Tetradore to declare what of her current things was worth keeping and what was not.
