Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

The young faerie queen couldn't help but nearly vibrate with excitement as she handed the box of hair dye over to the woman beside her, rambling on and on about the reasoning she had for it. It was true that she'd always wanted to try dying her hair. Growing up, she'd always wanted to try it, but her blonde hair had been so praised by her mother that the young girl had merely dropped the wants. But now, there was nothing stopping her, and if Aiden might praise her for it... well... it was worth a shot? The girl was oblivious to the way that Nadya's eyes had fallen on the dress she'd worked so hard on. It had been a project to keep her busy while she listened to Dorian read her Pride and Prejudice in the evenings. It hadn't been anything that she ever intended Nadya to see, and as such, she failed to notice that Nadya was even interested in it. No, instead she was focused on the woman's pursed lips, the blonde tilting her head to the side. "I don't know. I mean, I think Aiden thinks I'm beautiful, of course," She played with a strand of her hair around her fingers. "Or at least, he certainly treats me like he thinks I'm beautiful." She couldn't help but think of the way that Aiden's fingers trailed over her skin, or the few times that she'd caught him staring at her when he thought she wasn't looking.

"I really want to," She said eagerly, her mind having drifted to what Aiden might think if the rumor was, in fact, true. She couldn't help but smile to herself, hardly paying attention to the way that Nadya darted after Izzy. No, she was entirely preoccupied with her own thoughts until Nadya mentioned the very dress that she'd moved out of the way of the hair dye. Instantly, color flooded to Samantha's cheeks, the girl stammering out a response. She could feel that Nadya wasn't mad, and yet she couldn't help but be nervous about it. "Oh... it's... it's nothing, I... one of the dresses was falling apart... so I brought it home... and I..." She reached up, raking a hand through the blonde hair as she watched Nadya set up the playpen. The girl busied herself with the other question that had been asked of her, nodding firmly as she darted to get the toys quickly. She placed them in the pen as Nadya placed both babies in it, leaning down over to place a kiss on both of the babies' temples. Finally, she turned back to Nadya.

"I took the dress apart, and bought some new fabric... and redesigned it," She explained, offering the woman a sheepish shrug. She crossed the room, easily picking up the dress and placing it in her boss's arms. "I used to design. Back when I was a human. I was trying to go to a design school. But I got turned into a faerie, and that dream kind of faded. But I thought I could save this one and make it a little prettier." She shrugged once more, focusing instead on the problem at hand. After all, she hardly expected that Nadya would find any real interest in the outfit. She may have wanted to go to design school, but still the faerie girl underplayed her talent, even to herself. She nodded to the request of the towel. "I'll be right back." She said pleasantly, turning to dart up the stairs. She returned only moments later, tossing a pair of gloves to her companion as she wrapped the towel around her shoulders. It was only when she noted that Nadya was still holding the dress in her hands did Samantha tilt her head, frowning. "What?"
