Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

fading into oblivion

kissing death and loosing my breath

The young witch's gaze remained ever steadfast upon her companion as she treaded water. That mischievous glint never once left the irises of her slate colored eyes and yet she remained entirely inquisitive to just how her companion might react to her sudden antics. It was true that Serafina had never been particularly humble in the company of her bewitching companion, though he had seemed to hardly enjoy her particular shade of boldness before. In fact, she was quite certain he spent more time chastising her for her lack of mannerisms then he did enjoying her company. It was easy, though, to scold when the pair were walking down the street but here with the distance and the lake between them, he hardly had the same options provided to him. He had, after all, started this although vaguely the girl couldn't help but to wonder if he'd actually through this through enough to purchase her a swim suit as well. It hardly mattered to her either way though, her attention rapidly caught instead by the man himself as she watched with an intense gaze the way the light fell upon his chiseled physique as he begun to remove his own articles of clothing.

Serafina could scarcely deny how handsome the man was, fully enjoying the view she was presented with as his pants dropped to the ground. She watched with marked patience (perhaps enjoying watching him a bit more the necessary) as he moved to the edge of the water, rolling out his shoulders before diving underneath. A warm simper graced the young woman's features as her gaze slowly wandered the top of the quiet lake, waiting for the resurface of the hunter. Her own affinity stretched through the lake surrounding her, almost attempting to feel for him with her own intimate connection to the water. It took her a moment to locate his figure beneath the surface of the lake, the man somehow radiating for her and yet, her own detection of him came but seconds before his fingertips graced the girl's flesh. She twisted beneath the embrace of the liquid and yet, her own form never entirely finished the turn before the girl found herself abruptly shoved into the lake itself. Despite the haste of his actions, Serafina herself hardly panicked as she was pushed beneath the water, instead merely grunting as she so enthusiastically fought against his only brief hold. In but moments the girl had resurfaced, a nearly rebellious look crossing the witches fair features.

A soft huff left her lips at the man's statement and yet Serafina was hardly oblivious to just how at ease he seemed settled on his back. In this very moment, somehow the man seemed almost....satisfied. It was refreshing, surely, but she hardly intended to let him get away with it either. Perhaps it was her mortality or her youth but there were some aspects to the girl that were perhaps as whimsical as a young kitten. Using her hands, Serafina freely disrupted that placid water that surrounded her, purposefully splashing her companion as she spoke in retaliation. "We witches are clever, I mean, I did get you to strip." An altogether smug look crossed the young woman's features, the girl certainly had little difficulty in being so brazen with her lyrics alone. And yet, despite her perhaps dauntless demeanor, all of it was, at the heart, for him. God only knew he could use a moment to unwind and if so whisking past his self imposed barriers managed to do just that, Serafina surely had the courage to do so.
