South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

i'm not ashamed of my scars, i'm ashamed of the world for not understanding.

How and why someone like her and Tobias could love one another and find one another could be considered almost a miraculous thing. The two of them were complete opposing opposites. One understood the world and the other did not. One suffered the weight and effects of abuse, while the other suffered an untreatable trauma and the effects that came with it. Perhaps if Dorian got a better understanding of her mate then he may understand that indeed love was quite a peculiar and amazing thing all together. Raven was not aware that although they were different sub-species that they could not procreate with success. Perhaps one day she would be proven wrong in such a surprise manner, but for now, she does not know. As she watched her mate continue to romp and play with the children she looks back over to the fae beside her, finding his smile on her rather charming, returning to him a shy simper. The outburst, confident woman, had now receded back to her normal meek self. It is his question about their lands that causes her to tilt her dial to the side, in a perplex manner.

"Our lands? We don't have lands. My mate is the Beta of our pack, and anything we own truly belongs to our Alpha. Our Alpha is the one with the lands, he owns the West district, that's our home."

As he introduces himself, the weregirl quickly stands at attention and away from the fae, lowering herself into a curtsy. How many books she read that spoke of proper etiquette when it came to seeing Royalty. The girl that lived within a cage knew such chances were slim and simply make believe. Oh how she wondered when she was a little pup what it would be liked if she was simply taken away from her life, on the back of a Prince's white steed. As she shows him the standard gesture that one does in front of royalty she obediently returns to her seat shifting more away from him. As always she was a submissive creature, but now being in the presence of royalty she felt it was necessary for more space to be between them. She blushes a bit when he corrects her on her inability to be specific on 'his kind.' For a moment she looks to the ground, as her face flushed with humiliation. When he finishes correcting her she, nervously grabs her fingers and twirls them around, her nervous tick showing, as she speaks up.

"I always thought Royalty stuck to themselves and didn't speak to commoners. We don't have Royalty here, you are awful far away from Italy. How did you get here?"

For a moment there was a pause between them, her eyes moving from him back to her mate and the children. Apparently her companion felt it was imperative the children learned how to climb a tree. Shaking her head she looked back at the Fae King as he points out her name origins. Confused she shrugged as she responded brightly.

"I guess? Knowing your origin like that isn't very important nowadays. In my family pack it was name that was important. Mother's maiden name was Talbot, and in myth and lore, he was the original Werewolf, the very first one. So, when my Father married my Mother, it was a very big deal, at least for werewolves."

Tilting her dial to the side again she pulls some of her curly hair out from her eyes, as she questions his own family, hardly wishing to continue to talk about her own.

"Was everyone in your family fae? I apologize, but I do not know very much about your species."
