South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.
Home of: The Cavalry

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

The University of Sacrosanct

The University of Sacrosanct offers some of the top programs in the nation with its outstanding campus and specialized faculty. The University places a high focus both upon educating future generations but also on research to help revolutionize the world. i'm not ashamed of my scars, i'm ashamed of the world for not understanding.

There were many reasons why Raven would want to do something with her Alpha and why she wouldn't request such a thing in the first place. It was natural for her lupine side to want to be close someone, she was a social creature. Not to mention the fact she was a female, and it was only natural for a female that wanted to connect with others, the desire to have some sort of relationship with those she trusted. By no means would this particular relationship mimic what she had with Tobias, but the girl was in need of another friend she could trust. As a Were she wanted to be connected to her Alpha and be seen as a useful member of the pack, if not that, then at least her presence would at least be appreciated. Yet even if her species and gender reflected these desires it was fear and what she had experienced in the past that kept her from ever asking or attempting to connect with the Alpha panther. There were times when they were alone together working in his office in the peace in quiet when she wanted to strike up a friendly conversation, or ask to go with him on one of his outings. Oh but she was terrified to try and remained silent, answering his questions if he had any, or keeping the topic simple when they conversed. She would have tried harder, if she knew he wanted the same thing or if the girl had a sudden spark of confidence within her.

Silently she followed after the panther making sure her paw steps were just as silent as his while they wandered through the forest. Every time his green eyes peered behind to make sure she was following, her ears folded back slightly unsure if she was doing something wrong or not. While they walked the after effects of teleportation was slowly starting to ebb away the canine still a bit unsettled. While the Panther began to fall upon his belly in a stalking manner she immediately followed catching up to slink by his side, as if they were hunting for large prey. One grey-trimmed ear twitched at the sound of something, or somethings rustling about just beyond the thick foliage. Keeping close to him her shoulder would brush along his, blue-grey eyes shifting towards him wondering just why they were doing this. Eventually they would stop and her dial rose slightly as she looked for whatever was their target. Suddenly one of the armadillos shuffled into her view, both ears pricked forward as her body suddenly twitched with anticipation, her tail swaying back to back in a furious manner. Eyes widen in shock as she looked over at him and back at the creatures that could turn into a ball. It was painfully hard to stay still, the lupine not moving unless instructed to, but she could not hold herself any longer. As soon as his playful sounding voice pressed into her head she responded only by bounding forward was a delighted bark, blazing past the jungle cat as he pounced effortlessly. Clearly she was ready.

Happily the lupine tore through the field chasing happily after the creatures. She remembered these odd creatures, never having seen one ever since their escape from the zoo. For once her mind did not carry with it the painful past of the things that had occurred over the years. The loss of her pack and the guilty adamant belief that it was all her fault. Her brink of death experience with the vile were-horse. Alexis leaving with Frost. The cubs that Nadya bore with her mate and her inability to be near them. Going feral and attacking Jackal and nearly harming Sam. All this self-doubt and self-disgust in herself had disappeared as the lupine, for once, enjoyed this freeing moment. While the armadillos scattered about, some jumping into air and turning into a ball, Raven happily play bowed to one smacking it roughly and watched it roll away. Her tail absolutely could not stop wagging as she jolted to the other side of the field happy to terrorize the armadillos that thought they were safe there. For a moment she turned to see the panther harassing his own horde of the ball-like creatures, the canine quickly running towards the cat and pouncing right in front of him. Her pink tongue easily tumbled out of her jaw as she did a play bow in front of her Alpha, one grey-paw lifting upwards as she batted at his face before turning around and running away from him. As she ran she smacked one of the armadillos in his direction, turning sharply around to face him, eagerly waiting for the jungle cat to pass the harmless creature towards her. Blue-grey eyes seemed brighter than before as she released a small whine begging for her Alpha to engage with her in play.
