South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

South

Killian watched in curiosity, as the vampire clearly wasn't after him as he had stated. He ruffled an eyebrow and would not budge an inch. Not for the fear that the vampire would change his mind, but for the fact that he wasn't ready to remove himself from under the street light he was standing underneath.
He wanted to see if there was anyone around him that was watching, for he didn't want to ruin the trap that Arlo had set up.
Seeing as there was no one else around, Killian would walk around the trap and he would place himself a comfortable distance to the side of Arlo.

"Killian. Killian Carrick. Pleasure, Arlo."
He would smoothly say to Arlo, with his accent dripping off the words he would say. This wasn't so bad after all. For this being Killian's first encounter with a vampire, he didn't feel uncomfortable. Usually when you're around something that could easily drain you of life, you would get an uneasiness and feel extremely nervous. But Killian wasn't, for this was just another being in this supernatural world. And though he wasn't a warlock, he was still of flesh and bone, and like his mother had taught him: Everyone should be treated equally, no matter what.

"Guess I should start askin' questions and answerin'. Yes, I am a Warlock. Just me mum and dad. They taught me everythin' I know 'bout magic."
Killian would state this with pride, for his mother and father were important people in his life, even in death he clung to them.
"It's obvious you're trying to hunt something here. So I won't asking 'bout tha'. But, why this place? It's kinda dank and rather... Creepy. Mum always told me parks were not a place ya wanted to be at."

Killian felt a little silly even saying what he did. No one at this age, or in this day of age, would care for the knowledge of parents. When you're an adult you can choose to make decisions, no matter how bad they may be: All part of free will.
Maybe Arlo would draw something from the words of Killian's mother, or maybe laugh them off. All the possible outcomes would dart about in the Irishman's mind. But this was not the time nor the place to be worry about such things.
"Is this also a common place for Vampires to hunt at? You're the first Vampire I've actually met, and I don't want to say the wrong t'ings to ya. Not that you would bite me for it, but... Ya know. I like to be respectful of boundaries.... Everyone has them."

Killian would turn his attention from Arlo, and would stare out into the dimly lit darkness. He felt some sort of strange energy floating about in the night sky and air. The energy tingled in his finger tips and all through his head: It was like the air was charged with magic of sorts. Or maybe this was just a feeling of excitement flowing through his body. Either way, it was a welcoming feeling for Killian.
