South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

Frozen in place, she struggled as she noticed a small group of male adults approaching her carefully each one carrying some sort of device that was meant to hold her down. Some carried tranquilizer guns, others carried some sort of long pole with a long loop, and one held some sort of massive muzzle. For some reason these men from the zoo assumed she was an escaped wolf, even though her unusual grey markings showed that she was not a natural wolf. Threatened, a low warning growl rumbled as the female-fiend began to grow twice her own size, becoming the size of larger jungle cats. Blue-grey eyes widen when she noticed one approaching her with the long pole and another with the tight leather muzzle. Swaying her head side to side unsure of who to attack first she caught glimpse from the corner of her eye, one male bringing up the tranquilizer gun up and aiming at her. Leaping to the side she still wasn't able to keep the tranquilizer from hitting her, the needed digging into her back flank. Feeling that part of her going numb her head would rise as she lunged the best she could towards the one with the gun. Yet as she leapt the one with the pole managed to swoop the ring, attached to the pole, around her neck pulling her to the ground. Letting out a cry as her massive form fell to the ground, heavier weight could be felt along her shoulders as the two males pounced on top of one of her.

Snapping her jaws up and down, hoping to bite one's hand, she felt two hands enclose on her jaw as those leather pieces from the muzzle began to enclose around her muzzle. Managing to move her larger frame around the males would back away, hollering at one another to give her some space, unable to control her. Shaking her head side to side and shoving her paw at the pole she managed to get the strong loop, off around her neck, before he was able to tighten it. Seeing a wide space between some of the males that circled her, she leapt in that direction running through the thicket. Running as fast as she could, her left side increasingly growing useless, her back leg caused her to slide, losing her ground. Falling down the hill in an ungraceful manner, her grey trimmed ears twitched as she heard the males start to run at top the hill, not noticing she was down on the ground. Getting herself up slowly, feeling nothing on her back left side, a soft whimper was given as she continued to force herself to move away.

Unable to continue limping as fast as she could with her predicament she managed to trip over her paws slamming into the ground, unbeknownst she was near the male vampire drinking away underneath a tree. Lifting her neck she would take a sniff at the tranquilizer that remained embedded along her left flank. Growling softly sharp ivories clamped around the device, jerking her head in the opposite direction she managed to yank it out. Opening her jaw, allowing the dart to fall, a long pink tongue would lick over the spot, nose sniffing the odd scent. Dissatisfied a rough snort left her nostrils as she moved her play placing it between her forepaws. Using her paws to put pressure on the leather, moving it near the side of her muzzle, she would begin chewing the side. Though as she began this process the corner of her slate eyes caught movement, and she would let go of the leather. Whipping her head in that direction, blue-grey eyes caught the figure of the male vampire, thick ebony and grey fur thickened as a soft rumbling growl thundered in her chest. Even though she wasn't in the best state to protect herself that didn't mean her nous would tap into her primal instincts, allowing the scarred lupine to try. True he may not have approached her as a threat, but there was a deep root of opposition between the two species. Without a pack, her left back side numbed, and her muzzle enclosed within the leather muzzle, there was hardly a thing she could do to protect herself. Bringing her upper torso upwards, grey ears laced back as black lips pulled back to show sharp teeth, trapped within the strong tight leather. Raven knew she didn't have any chance should she be attacked, but she was incapable of turning off her fight and flight response.
