South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

Purposefully, the were panther ignored the fashion at which the lupine strove to escape from his close proximity, his focus entirely dedicated to the task set out before him. He was determined, by some rare sense of morality, to release the female from her holds. Though what she chose to do after this glimpse of freedom was entirely up to her. By no means did he intend to lead her to safety, to true freedom. Tetradore hardly knew her and frankly, such was as far as his generosity was willing to go. His sleek ebony figure turned the moment the chain broke with a satisfying sizzle, the line suddenly slack. He paid no heed to the step she took away from him, hardly even offering a reply as the young girl reached out to his mind, offering the smallest signs of appreciation. He paused as he pushed open the swinging doors, his emerald gaze tracing the hallway and the numerous doors that lined the walls. There were far too many choices on where to go and frankly the chance of escape seemed to be getting slimmer by the moment. He hardly had the time to search though every crevice for the exit, nor did he suspect their escape would be nearly as effortless as he wished it to be. For a brief moment, he was inclined to stay exactly where he was situated, at the wolf's side, taking the opportunity to take stalk of his own surroundings much like the female beside him.

He watched her step forward, his gaze altogether indifferent as he observed her, a small hesitant glimpse of surprise crossing his features as she stopped quite abruptly. He'd forgotten what it was like to truly be the Alpha of a pack. His own had consisted of himself for so very long and Tobias and Nadya had fallen into tow so naturally, their relationships from their childhood so very much intact that he hadn't realized the dynamics of the pack settling in amongst them. This however, was the first real situation in which he had been in immediate contact with another were. It was the first situation in a very long time that he felt that innate affinity for what he was born to be. His gaze shifted towards the direction she'd indicated, his nose outstretching ever so slightly to taste the air in front of him before slowly, paw after paw, Tetradore led the way down the hallway towards her desired goal.

As a door opened abruptly in front of him, the panther froze, his claws immediately digging into the tile beneath him, the fur along his spine bristling. He heard her scream and answered it with a throaty growl, waiting for her to seek sanctuary in the room she'd come from before his chose to pick up the pace, dashing down the hallway with the innate knowledge that escape required the utmost speed, especially now that they knew of their break out. His shoulder slammed into the new set of swinging doors, his instincts prepared for what he would find on the other side - or so he thought. Tetradore halted as he found himself in darkness, his emerald gaze tracing the area around him as his eyesight slowly adjusted to the dark. Her voice entered his mind once more, causing the man to offer her the slightest of nods as he heard the commotion safely on the side of the door they'd just come from. They hadn't bought themselves much time - but they had bought some. Slowly, Tetradore headed down the hallway, his gaze shifting from one side of the hallway to the other, eying the bars on both side of him. He knew where they were, the animals on the other side of the bars quite attentively reacting to their presence. He was certain that there would be a door leading out from here, just as there were ones leading into the enclosure.

Despite Tetradore's wanderings further down the hallway, it seemed quite clear that whatever door he was looking for simply did not exist. The next best option he could think of was to break out from one of the animal's enclosures. His attention shifted towards the rolled up creatures that had captured Raven's attention and briefly the man reached out, his snout sniffing their peculiar smell. He hadn't the faintest idea of what they were but at the very least they hardly seemed dangerous and that was what he was going for, considering he was about to let them out. He reached out, his mouth encasing the bars as he let his saliva do the work. Slowly, bite mark after bite mark, the bars slackened till they fell with a clank onto the floor, leaving a perfect wolf sized hole for them to fit through.
